Covered boatlift available for additional rate on $10/day for 1 lift only-With option of a pontoon or bass or airboat slot ( if water level allows for use). Great area to hang out outside downstairs on the dock or on the balcony. $300 cleaning fee - extra $200 collected if deep clean needed due to strong perfumes, colognes, body washes odors left due to homeowner allergies. We require names, ages, info on all occupants. No smoking in house or on screened porch. No pets. No children under 8 years old
