It is a very nice home. Clean and convenient.
Could use a little backyard work.
Other than that, it’s a nice place to stay.
Everything you need for cooking.
Comfortable and welcoming.
Would stay again.
Very comfortable and cozy. Beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen including a water purifier. Easy access to Albuquerque and it's museums and entertainments including a hot air balloon ride. Also well situated for hiking to the north in the parks and national monuments. Would definitely stay again. It's a bargain.
My family of 4 stayed here and really enjoyed the house. There was enough space for everyone to have their downtime. Looked like a great neighborhood, we always felt safe. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Rio Rancho stay
The property was nice, just needs to work on cleanliness.
Carla is one of the best owners to deal with. House is always clean and there are many amenities such as paper towels and toilet paper are included where others do not. It was nice to have a king bed in the master bedroom. However, the mattress was a little soft for me. Because of our constant running schedule with our family I didn't get a chance to tell Carla about the remote for the overhead light and fan needed a battery. I know she would have responded ASAP. Good property, quiet and safe neighborhood. Great owner. Our second time to stay at this location.
Property was within 1/2 mile from Daughter and her family. Nice quiet neighborhood. House well appointed, clean. Owner was very easy to get in touch with for any and all questions. Would recommend to any couple, individual, or small family.
The property was the best location I could find in the area, close to the park we were holding my mom's memorial in. Carla was very responsive to the questions I had and went out of her way to resolve a few concerns I had. Everything was set up for us when we arrived, very clean, every necessity provided for. A nice home that made us feel welcomed. When we had a minor issue getting the automatic door lock to work, Carla stepped me through it online. I'd absolutely recommend this home and Carla to anyone.
Very nice place. Close to a lot of restaurants and lots of things to do. The only thing I would say to improve is a king size bed in the main suite. I really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/ soap option in the bathroom. My husband also loved the coffee maker and snacks that were provided. It was nice to come back after balloon fest and everyone have a quiet place for a little while to unwind. Thank you for also reaching out to check on us, that was really nice of you to do.
The house pictures were accurate house was immaculate. Snacks were a pleasant surprise. Outdoor yard had a charcoal AND gas grill. Carla provided code to enter property promptly ! Very pleased ! Am saving this house as a favorite when i come to visit this area again (at least 4 times a year!!)
This home is in an excellent location for a visit, not only to Rio Rancho, but to surrounding areas as well. A short drive to Albuquerque, and you can visit Old Town, museums, the zoo, and if it's October, the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, just to name a few attractions. Easy access to I-25 for a trip to Santa Fe and all it has to offer, and a variety of restaurants nearby for dining. Take off for a day in the Jemez Mountains and visit the town of Jemez Springs, the Jemez Pueblo, or drive on up to Fenton Lake for the day.
The property was comfortable, with everything needed while away from home. Our host, Carla, was very accommodating, and communicated the details of our stay very well.
We loved this spacious and comfortable home. It was perfect for our family reunion and Carla couldn't have made us more welcome. She communicated promptly and she even bought some games when she found out we would have grandkids with us for some of the time. There is a great playground in the neighborhood and the location is convenient for seeing both Albuquerque and also Santa Fe. Some of our favorite activities included touring Old Towne Albuquerque, hiking around the top of the Sandia Mountains, white water rafting in Embudo, and going up in a balloon (we were very happy with Four Corners Balloon Rides). We loved coming back to our "home away from home" after a full day of activities!
I was there for a golf tournament and it was very close to Twin Warriors/Santa Ana golf club. We enjoyed the quiet location and the neighborhood was safe. It was 30 minutes from most good restaurants so it did take time to eat out. There was a grocery store close so that helped. They did have a BBQ in the back yard but we didn't use it. They were in the process of cleaning up the back yard from the winter so we didn't go back there. The owners were very nice and would help whenever needed. They had full beds which might be small for a couple but great for a single person. Overall, it was a good experience.

The house was clean and in a good area. It's close to a lot of things. However the house number can't be seen from street. When entering their are notes all over, fan in bedroom by bathroom didn't work. Metal bar is only thing keeping patio door locked. Backyard wasn't very inviting to use. Neighbors across the street were always watching us, felt like someone entered house while we were out. Needs some repairs and owner needs to set up her voicemail.
This property is a great location for visiting New Mexico, it's not too far from Albuquerque and right down the street from a train station that provides easy access to Santa Fe. There are plenty of dining options nearby and a couple of grocery stores if you prefer to stay in.
The house and rooms were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. The only not so great things about the property are easily fixable and may not be an issue for everyone.
First, the rear sliding glass door does not lock, but there is a bar available to provide some security.
Second, the blinds on nearly all windows could use replacing, not an issue in the winter or during the summer when then AC is available, but we visited in the Autumn, and one of the days we wanted to open the windows to allow for some cross breeze. All of the blinds seemed to have issues, and one of them even fell off the wall.
Third, the master bathroom shower has a soap/shampoo dispenser, which is very thoughtful, but it's right in the middle of the shower. It gets in the way, and makes the shower feel smaller than it is. I would recommend moving this dispenser to the end wall.
Like I said, definitely not deal breakers, and likely wouldn't even be issues the everyone. I would still recommend this property and would likely stay there here again if we travel to this area again.
