The second living room is located in the basement.

Four bedrooms can be found in this cozy home. All provide you with the high-level comfort and convenience needed to relax and rest after an exciting day of exploring the natural beauties of KC.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
For added security, this property is equipped with an outdoor security camera system.
