**We pay for all utilities and internet. We have a 30 day stay minimum, but you may rent for as long as you need.

Pets will be allowed on a **case by case basis**. There is a $500 pet deposit with the $250 refundable for each stay.

Located in an amazing family friendly neighborhood and loaded with modern amenities, this is a delightful and welcoming space complete with a backyard oasis minutes to restaurants, shopping and bars.Access to surrounding areas such as Overland Park, Olathe, Mission, Shawnee, Mission, and downtown Kansas City will only take minutes once on the highway.
*there is a queen air mattress should you need it for your extra guest.

Guest Access:
The entire property is yours for the stay. Fenced back yard and two car garage.

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.
