Nice 2 Bd Home w/Efficiency near Downtown Corpus

Enjoy a quiet, spacious home, in the Del Mar subdivision, only a few minutes away from Downtown Corpus, McGee Beach, the Lexington, & the CC Museum. The kids can enjoy playing in the tree house, in the backyard, or the family can take a 10-minute walk to Cole Park, which has a huge skate park and a new pier that walks out into the Corpus Christi Bay. The house is centrally located and a 10-minute drive to the local mall or the Southside. There are plenty of restaurants downtown and several fast-food restaurants within walking distance. The Texas State Aquarium is about an 8-minute drive over the Harbor Bridge to North Beach and is a must-see for any family visiting Corpus Christi. Port Aransas, The Padre Island National Seashore, and Mustang Island are all about a 30-45 minute drive from the house.

It was a really nice house the communication with the owner was amazing he made us feel at home the house was really clean,it was cozy,they were caregiving they made sure we had everything we needed,and he told us about some beaches near the home i would definitely stay there again if we were to ever visit corpus christi again my girls loved it.

What makes this property unique

My house is very close to many of the downtown attractions. Plus, not many homes can offer a huge treehouse for the kids, but mine can. :-) I also have a 600 sq ft. efficiency, located the behind the house, with a bathroom and kitchen area.
