The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge, oven, 4-burner stovetop, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee grinder, and even a Crockpot. We provide cooking basics, dishware, and flatware for your use.
For your comfort and convenience, we offer free WiFi, central heating and A/C, ceiling fans, a washer/dryer, and all necessary linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hair dryer, laundry detergent, and trash bags/paper towels are also provided.

The property requires one step for access and the fireplace is for decorative purposes only. Your safety matters, so this property features one exterior security camera located on the front porch and facing the front outdoor entry. The camera faces outward and does not look into interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion and will be on for the duration of your stay. Additionally, the home is equipped with an Ecobee Smart Thermostat with sensors installed in the walls of each room. Ecobee sensors help regulate the temperature. The sensors are beige, one inch in diameter, and have an image of a bee on them. Please do not touch the sensors.
While my first priority is ensuring my valued guests enjoy their stay, I have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of my neighbors and community. Please read the following list of property rules prior to confirming your reservation. If you’re uncomfortable with these rules, I encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.
PETS
• We allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $100 fee per pet, per stay.
• Unfortunately, we do not allow cats at the property.
• No animals are allowed on the beds or any of the furniture.
• If you leave the property, your pet either joins you or stays in their crate.
• If there are any pet-related damages, you will be required to cover any repair or replacement costs.
• Please keep any barking or crying that will disturb neighbors to a minimum.
• Please do your best to clean up after your pet (hair, waste outside…) before check-out.
• We recommend bringing their own bed and food/water bowls.
DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.
LOCALS
• Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord, and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of San Diego). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Any reservation which does not comply with this restriction will be subject to cancellation.
SMOKING
• Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.
EVENTS & GATHERINGS
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM.
SECURITY
• This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.
VISITORS
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.
FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
• If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.
PLEASE NOTE
• Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
