SOL is the top floor of a single-family home. It is a separate flat with a dedicated entrance and parking for 2 cars plus room for a golf cart. It has a large front porch overlooking 30A and a corner view of the ocean.
The 1st-floor unit, called MAR, functions as an independent unit with its own entry and parking. Larger groups can book SOL & MAR together and connect them for a whole-house experience!

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.
