Great Location to Downtown (<1 Mile) in the South of Downtown (SODO) area. Free street parking and 1 spot available in driveway. Secluded in rear of main home, divided by privacy fence! Walk to SODO and everything it has to offer, including multiple restaurants, bars, Super Target and shopping venues within a 2 min walk. Close to Orlando Regional Medical Center/Arnold Palmer Hospital are only 13 min walk and 3 min drive. Fully fenced and inviting fire pit in backyard! Ready to relax!
The space
It’s a quiet two bedroom Bungalow with a large eat in kitchen and bar. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and a fully fenced yard for your pets. We welcome all guests here! We look forward to you visiting our home when you are in Orlando, think of us.

Sleep 4-6 guests. With Queen, Full Futon, and twin bed, and additional brand new fold out couch. All new furniture and updated features such as a Nest thermostat, electronic keyless entry, and brand new Smart TV's with streaming services in every room!
Other things to note
Small pets are welcome. Large pets require $50 deposit. Extra guest fees are required and need to be approved by management six guests total are allowed to stay on property. We only have parking for 2 to 3 cars. No parties or events are allowed, we have a quiet and respectable neighborhood and appreciate quiet time, no loud music and no extra guests invited without notifying host or co-host. Home is monitored with outside Ring doorbell.
