2-bedroom vacation home with pool on golf course
Forget your worries in this 1288 sq ft spacious and serene space. Sit on the covered patio or relax by the pool with a view of Arizona Golf Resort and Event Center in Golden Hills area of Mesa.
Due to HOA requirements, all guests must be at least 18 years old. If under 21, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the whole time of reservation.
The space
In gated condo complex with assigned parking spot at your front door. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee machine, pots & pans, silverware, toaster, blender and microwave. Dining room seats 6 people. Two bedrooms with queen beds and a queen sofa in the living room. Master bedroom has full private bathroom with two vanities and walk in closet. Full guest bathroom. Laundry room has full size washer and dryer in unit. 65" Smart TV in living room and 55" Smart TV in Master bedroom. All furniture and mattresses are brand new just being purchased in October, 2022. Community pool is very close by.

No pets allowed.
No smoking of any kind allowed.
Only guests on reservation are allowed to stay.
Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.
No parties or loud music.
Check in time is at 3pm.
Check out time is at 11am.
