This is a well cared for, well located, fully stocked and operational home for families or friends or working professionals who need a warm welcoming getaway. Contactless entry, very private. All natural plant-based, eco friendly cleaning supplies, soaps, laundry detergent. No toxic chemical "air fresheners". Recently remodeled, tasteful beach themed decor, neutral colors on walls. Exceptionally clean.

Cozy 2 story home with lots of character with a fantastic beach on Lake Michigan a half block away. Walking distance to a walking path along the lake, marina, yacht club, parks, shops, good restaurants, John Michael Kohler art center, downtown and riverfront with live entertainment. Gourmet locally sourced grocery store 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. YMCA 2 blocks away.

Bedrooms: 2BR (1 Master King w/lake view balcony w/2 chaise loungers, TV, 2 side tables with lamps - 1 bedroom with bunk bed - single over a double) + Den with trundle day bed & TV which can serve as extra sleeping space.

Bathrooms: 1.5 baths. Bathtub over shower on top floor with bedrooms, half bath on main living level, tiled floors in baths, neutral carpet upstairs in bedrooms, wood floors on main level.

Kitchen: is made for cooking with quality pans, knives, dishes, wine glasses, plastic ware for beach, serving platters & bowls, spices, oils. Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster Oven / Air Fryer, toaster, coffee maker, blender, lots of cooking gadgets, Fridge stocked with a fine array of condiments. View of lake from kitchen sink. Full size washer and dryer in kitchen. Detergent provided.

Outdoor Space: Fenced yard has a deck with comfy furniture for dining and relaxing outdoors. Gas and charcoal grills. Gas Fire pit. Upper and lower porches with views of Lake Michigan on front of house complete with comfortable lounging furniture.

Perfect Location

My family and I had such a blessed time at this property! We were in the area to enjoy Packers football, golf courses, and lake/beach life! The property was clean and well-maintained, we loved being so close to the historic district and downtown. Very relaxing time, safe area, would return again nee time in the area and highly recommend!

Lovely time by the lake

Everything was great. The location was perfect. Neighborhood was friendly and interesting. And walkable. House was well equipped. We cook many meals and treats while traveling. Laundry facilities worked well. We sat by the outdoor fire or on the front porch in the evenings. All the beach stuff you need was provided. Host was communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Amazing Gem of a Property

First, the location is amazing. Literally steps to a beautiful sandy beach. The home was extremely clean with all appliances. Air conditioning worked really well. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were well maintained with great water pressure. Our host was amazing with attention to detail on anything renters might need and was easy to communicate with. She made us feel welcome and was very accommodating to our needs. Outstanding experience all around.

I grew up in Sheboygan and still have family and deep community here. I have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for the past 30 years but spend more time here of late to be closer to aging parents and family. I work in the tech industry and have enjoyed a long career of remote work which allows me to nomad all over the place. I've been a super host on Airbnb and have rented 100's of places and know what's important when traveling. I have a keen sense of details, and aesthetics are of utmost importance to me. I am a serious kitchen / food person and provide quality amenities in this home kitchern my guests because I know what a difference little touches make to a short stay. A beautiful coffee mug can make my day and I'm hoping yours too. I want you to feel at home here, like you're visiting a close friend or family. I believe there is spirit to physical places and that when loving intentional generous energy is spent creating a space, that happiness and serenity is generated and radiated from there and more positive energy is created for those who come next.

Why they chose this property

When I first saw this property, it grabbed me. It hit all the things I was looking for - open living spaces, an extra half bath on the main level, and the location on the Northeast side of Sheboygan with views of the lake cannot be beat. This home is in the historic district of the city with lots of old world charm. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. you can hear the waves crashing and seagulls if you open the windows (in the quiet evenings or mornings before and after the city comes alive). There are original crystal doorknobs on some of the doors and a sense of character throughout the house, but everything has been updated and modernized for a clean, easy flowing feel. Screens on all the windows, - no mosquitos! ceiling fans, air conditioning, blinds for privacy.

What makes this property unique

Being able to walk out the door to the beach or several great options for dinner can't be beat. The private outdoor spaces - a grassy yard and two separate ample balconies makes for lots of options for people to spread out, gather and have private time, even though the house itself is not huge. 3 TV's: Master, Living room and upstairs Den. High Speed Internet for streaming on multiple devices.
