Beautiful peaceful lakeview property. Has its own private deck overlooking Black River Lake with walkway to the lake. Sitting area on back patio perfect for having your morning coffee with a gorgeous sunrise. Private rock boat ramp with covered boat slip. Lots of sitting room inside with large windows with lakeview. 2 adult and 2 children kayaks available for kayaking. Has a full kitchen along with charcoal grill on back porch. Several adult and children life jackets available for use.
