FAMILY RETREAT! PRIVATE POOL AND 5 MINUTES FROM BEACH!
ITS TIME TO GET OUT OF YOUR HOUSE AND ENJOY THE GREAT OUTDOORS!!!
This house has the best of the BEACH , CANAL AND POOL! The drive to Surfside is approximately 5 to10 minutes! ITS A PRIVATE RETREAT JUST FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY! The house sleeps 10 people it has TWO KITCHENS- TWO STOVES- TWO PANTRIES! There is a GREAT ROOM when you first walk in! Two dining tables that seat a total of 12! There is another table seating 4 in the other kitchen as well as outside deck! There is a PLAY ROOM UPSTAIRS WITH TWO BUNK BEDS SLEEPING 6 WITH A TV! This area really meant for kids! There is small TV room downstairs with a pull out couch! There is a get away spot to read on a porch upstairs!
The house boasts a boat slip and a beautiful pool! There is also a 1/2 bath downstairs! There is a grill-- everything you would need for a family to have fun! This house also has a mosquito sprayer so you don't get eaten alive by mosquitos! It will go off at 7 every nite and spray is completly harmless! However, you will be able to enjoy the outdoors because of it!!! This house is located in the Bridge Harbor Marina- run over there for a good hamburger! They have music playing on Saturday nights! A really fun place! The Surfside beach is a 5 minute drive away or stay at the house and fish off the dock! Either way the Family Surfside Compound is the place for FUN! Enjoy this home in the fall! Get away from everything and come have some fun!!! PLEASE STAY WITHIN THE COMPOUND - PLENTY OF ROOM TO HAVE FUN! Be respectful of our neighbors!

Bring your own Blue Tooth if you want music and Fishing gear! There are no underwater lights however you can still fish and crab right from the dock! Its a great house for the entire family! web password is on the fridge!
If you love the beach- drive 5 minutes and enjoy it and then you will be quite happy to leave the sand and craziness for your retreat complete with privacy, pool, grill and a wonderful view!
