Our beautiful Bayfront condominium is located on Mission Bay, just a few blocks from the Catamaran Hotel. The location is unique as the view of Sea World's fireworks over the water is incredible! Our four bedroom condo takes advantage of indoor/outdoor living with gorgeous panoramic views from the large private deck, master bedroom, living room, and outdoor jacuzzi. The living spaces and bedrooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. Our condo encompasses the entire 2nd floor of a smaller 3 unit building. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

Our home is perfect for a large family with four large bedrooms & three large bathrooms, spacious living room, dining room & kitchen. Our kitchen has everything you need to cook a wonderful meal. The dining room is perfect for spending quality time with family, or entertain outside on the deck enjoying the view & jacuzzi with stunning views of Sea World's fireworks show over Mission Bay.

Enjoy a wonderful bike ride on one of the bicycles included in your condo rental. If you have little ones, they will love Fanuel Park located one block east of our unit. It is also walking distance from the ocean, restaurants and shops. This luxurious condominium has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing vacation on the beach. New upgrades have just been made to our home including: new smart TV's, new furnishings, new carpet and tile, and gorgeous sliding glass doors! You will love the upgrades!
We also have a beautiful penthouse 3 bedroom condo located in this 3 unit building. Please inquire today!
Our property stands out because of its incredible views of the bay and its quiet location. It is perfect for a relaxing getaway to San Diego! Need the assistance of an elevator? No problem. Just ask at check in as there is a residential elevator. The parking for this condo includes: 2 off-street parking spots alongside the building. There are several beach chairs, bikes and sand toys located in the garage for your use.

By car you can reach Sea World in less than 10 minutes and the San Diego Zoo in 20 minutes. The aquatic center nearby has a great weekly watersport summer camp starting at age 6, half day and full days. You can also rent any water vessel you want at the Sportcenter directly across the bay from the condo. There is a great coffee place nearby(Better Buzz). It is a one mile walk to Belmont, and less than a mile to Crystal Pier. There is beautiful Bayfront dining 3 blocks away at the Catamaran Hotel (Oceana Coastal Kitchen). There is also a wonderful breakfast eatery at the Mission or at Olive Cafe....both walking distance from our condo. We would love for you to enjoy our beautiful condo on Mission Bay.

Family vacation
The property was terrific for our multi-generational family including 5 adults and 4 children. Our host connected before and after we checked in to make sure everything was as expected. All of the beach equipment and supplies were in good working order and we all enjoyed our time in and on the water.

We had a fabulous multigenerational family vacation! The condo is as described and as shown in the photos and the location directly on Mission Bay was perfect. The host responded quickly to inquiries prior to our arrival and during our stay. Kelly definitely deserves an A+ rating for communication. Early risers will enjoy the solitude watching the rowers and birds. When we weren’t sightseeing, it was fun to enjoy the beach and watch the volley ball games. Bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys are available. The jacuzzi on the deck was an added bonus. We highly recommend staying at this property and hope to return for another visit.

We enjoyed our stay and the host (Kelly) was so accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend if you want to stay off the noisy boardwalk area of Mission Beach and enjoy the views from Sail Bay. Watching the rowers on the water in the morning and the volleyball matches on the beach in the late afternoon was entertaining. Super convenient to everything including Ralph's groceries. The beds were comfortable and the host mentioned doing some upgrades in the near future if you've read in other reviews the need for updating. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location, plenty of room, awesome host!
We had a great time with our entire family (5 kids and four adults) at this awesome spot right on Mission Bay! The house is large (4 full bedrooms/3 full bathrooms) and the host was very responsive. Our kids loved the hot tub, views of all the activity on the beach and being so close to the water. Would highly recommend!

Stairs to get to second floor location. Overall good location. Great balcony with chairs, table and grill, and hose to rinse off. It is on the beach, so don't have to bring things/chairs/toys far. Built some large sand castles over a 1 week stay. Lots of activity on beach with volleyball, boardwalk, joggers, bicycles, dogs, and park with toys, swings, etc., nearby within stroller walking distance for young families. Felt safe. Door locks and access good. Supplied nicely and over all clean. Not too noisy. Didn't use TV, so an unknown. DW and laundry fine. Showers for short people, but good water pressure, nice, and warm/hot. Jacuzzi nice- used once (jets only worked in two places- needs repair). Calm bay for young children. Short drive to ocean side to experience waves. Ralph's grocery store large, close and easy to drive to. Parking- tandem alongside appt/condo and adequate for two vehicles- Lexus and Palisade parked tight, but expected, and fine. Dining table not sticky when you feel it, but paper plates with warm food, sticks to the table firmly- perhaps new varnish that sticks?- not sure why, but always happened (my end only) and paper left stuck to table from plate or napkin. No management issues. We'd stay here again.

This is an amazing property! Clean and spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen for VRBO. Right on Mission Bay, the view is amazing! We loved watching the Sea World fireworks at night. Lots of beach toys…chairs, sand toys, paddle board and kayak. We used them all. And the jacuzzi is a bonus. Highly recommend

We enjoyed using the cruiser bikes, kayak and paddle board provided. The location was perfect for doing all these activities. We also enjoyed sharing meals on the deck over looking the bay. This was perfect for multi generation families.

Perfect stay for our family.
Very spacious stay for our combined family vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed, and more. Lots and lots of towels, good sheets, perfect working laundry utilities. The entire balcony is lined with sturdy screens which really eased our stay with two two year olds. Communication with Kelly was great. We would definitely stay here again!!! The property was very comfortable for 3 couples. The location is fantastic, right on the beach of mission bay with the bayside walk (a favorite thing to do in the morning). You can walk to the oceanside beach in about 15 minutes, easy to get to from the bayside walk. I recommend you get breakfast from the Olive Cafe. Everyplace we went to eat was fantastic. Kelly (the host) was easy to contact and very responsive. All 6 of use agreed that if we came back to San Diego we would rent this condo again.

View and walking path and proximity to the ocean were all great. The property needs much updating. Consider getting rid of carpet and replacing it with nice flooring that’s in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The location was perfect for my family of four (infant and 2.5 year old). Nice large home. Could use some updating but it didn’t matter. The view and access to beach were great. 10 minute walk to restaurants. Didn’t even put on shoes to go to the beach. Loved the outdoor shower. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beach location on the bay. Perfect for our 2 year old granddaughter. House was well equipped and very spacious with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Could use some updating but otherwise fine. Loved that SUP, beach chairs, sand toys and cruiser bikes were available for use! We would stay here again.

Relaxation
The condo provided ample space for the 8 adults in our group. We enjoyed every morning and evening sitting on the deck. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, the only items we didn't find was aluminum foil or ziploc bags. Plenty of towels for each of the 3 bathrooms. Some of the sliding glass doors are a bit stiff to open, but nothing a little grease lightning wouldn't fix. Having 2 dedicated parking spots was fantastic. We are already planning on when we can come back.
