About this property

Fun 1BR/1BA condo just steps to Wells Beach!

This relaxing and cozy condo is just a block from miles of sandy beach.  Coffee shop just a walk across the street. Full functioning kitchen and shared balcony.  Onsite free parking for one vehicle.  Enjoy Well's famous Congdon's donuts in the morning and the newer "Congdon's After Dark Food Truck Park" , now open daily 4pm-8pm.   4.7 miles to the north is The Rachel Carson Natural Wildlife Refuge and the iconic "Maine Diner".  A few miles north of that is the quaint town of Kennebunk/Kennebunkport with fine shops, restaurants and picturesque rocky shores.  To the south of Wells, enjoy a show at The Ogunquit Playhouse during the summer months or a walk along scenic Marginal Way.  Still a little further south, enjoy a day of Outlet shopping in Kittery and a visit to the iconic Kittery Trading Post.   For the adventurous, a short drive to Well's train station for a Downeaster trip to Boston MA, a city rich in culture and history. The train drops you at North Station, home of TD Garden for you New England sports fans (or haters).

Family vacation
We had a great stay at with my mom, my wife and our 3 month old daughter. Quick and easy access to the beach and a prime location for fun! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We accidentally thought check out was at 11:00 AM instead of 10:00 AM and Nancy was so nice about accommodating our mistake. Thank you for a great experience!

Perfect spot, great getaway
Nancy’s place was an absolute pleasure to stay in. Everything was nice and clean, very comfortable for our family. Instructions were super straightforward. Wonderful stay right by the beach, loads of little shops and places to eat nearby. Would stay again!

Fun trip
We enjoyed Wells Beach only a few minutes away. We could walk about 1/2 mile to a restaurant with very good seafood as well as other very good restaurants. We enjoyed "On Your Feet" at the Ogunquit Playhouse and side trips to Kennebunkport and Freeport.

Property was very clean. Nancy the property manager was available to us very quickly with any questions we had.. Very short walk to the beach. A short walk to a couple restaurants. A two story arcade right next store if you have kids.
