Long Beach Tower 4 Unit 1007 is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, sleeps eight people and is located on the 10th floor. Both bedrooms are Gulf-front with private access to the oversized balcony. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, and tons of storage for your personal belongings. You’ll notice the separate vanity with two sinks and combination tub & shower in the primary bathroom. Two full-size beds and a flat screen TV complete the guest bedroom. The guest bathroom houses a combination tub/shower.

Relax and unwind in the living room, featuring a large flat screen TV and seating for everyone, including a sleeper sofa. You'll find the fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for whipping up a delicious dinner after a day on the beach. Enjoy your meal inside at the dining room table, which has seating for six. Plus, you’ll have 3 barstools for additional seating at the kitchen counter. Even better, head out to the oversized balcony and dine while watching one of Panama City Beach’s famous painted sunsets.

Excellent condo and service
Perfect condo for our family, comfortable and clean. There were issues with our check in/out but we were refunded for that. I contacted them about a leaky faucet upon arrival and also the issue of not being able to use the wifi. It was stated that a work order was put in but these things were never fixed or changed during our stay but they were quick on response and tried to help. Overall those things did not affect our stay. We loved it.

Ice maker broke, AC not cooling in bedrooms,when arriving no bedspreads or pillowcases, no washcloths only two towels per bathroom,could not talk to management they would only text! When ask about icemaker, they ask me to just go buy ice! When ask about getting some washcloths and towels, they ask me to go buy them! I’ve stayed at Long Beach resort over 20 years and have never walked into a condo with all these problems! Living room furniture when you sat down, it felt like you went through the couch to the floor!

Big but tired
Large condo with a great layout and a large balcony. Furniture and appliances were outdated and overused. Not what we expected at this price point.

Great place !
Overall we were very happy with the condo. Could have used a few more cooking pots and pans. But it was a very nice unit. And we will definitely book here again !!!

Condo needs a little face lift
The tubs blackish and ceiling tile damage. Rust on frig and doors. Glass for balcony you couldn’t see out off.
