Welcome to ‘Carriage House!’ New to our program, this charming, beach bungalow is located just steps away from all things Seaside and is situated off the iconic Seaside Avenue and East Ruskin Street, making it the perfect fit for an unforgettable getaway. The cottage is a short stroll only 8 houses from the beach access at East Ruskin Pavilion, one block to downtown Seaside, and steps to gorgeous Seaside Avenue.

This one-bedroom carriage house can be found directly over a garage very privately located off the main cottage, ‘Vista Del Mar, and facing East Ruskin Street with a private driveway with parking for one car. It has its own private entryway, as well as an outdoor shower. Guests can meander through an enclosed stairway to find the entry door. Step into the main level and discover an open floor plan. This level features an open living area, as well as a flat-screen TV and white slipcovered chaise lounger seating for two. In close proximity to this space is an open, fully equipped kitchen, as well as a queen bed and full bathroom. Another amazing feature of this cottage is its very own private balcony, where guests can relax and enjoy stunning sunsets and views of town. * 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign the registration.

Great place

The property was very clean, check in easy, lots of communication, and the perfect location. Decorated very pretty. The only negative was the mattress which was very, very soft and seemed older. The metal bed frame squeaked when you would move in the bed. Otherwise it was perfect. Would stay again.

The location of this property is great. Very close walk to the beach and also to the restaurants and shops. There is no parking directly outside the unit but we had no issue finding parking nearby. The size of the unit is fine for a couple. I will say the interior and finishes were not the nicest we have encountered in Seaside. But nothing was not functional. Just dated and worn. Especially the bathroom. We enjoyed the balcony deck. Overall we had an awesome stay. Great food, weather, and company!

Great Vacation Cottage

Loved the openness and lots of light coming in. Fully stocked kitchen including full size refrigerator. Blinds on all windows were wonderful to have. Bed comfortable and great full size shower a plus. Stackable washer/dryer used frequently. Complimentary bikes included were used a lot. Great location! Very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in this cottage. This is our second cottage renting thru Homeowners collection who is wonderful to work with both booking and throughout our stay. Such a wonderful vacation!

8 Day Stay At The Carriage House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked the Carriage House for a one week stay. It was the perfect place for the two of us. The rooms were filled with light. The furnishings suited us perfectly, Everything was very comfortable. Linens were top notch. TV and WIFI were great. Very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. We even cooked at home two nights and enjoyed dinner on the porch in our rockers. The town square is easily accessible from this location. It was such fun we added an extra night to our stay. We will be back!
