Our stunning and symmetrical duplex home boasts eight bedrooms, including two luxurious king suites, two elegant queen bedrooms on each side, and two unique third-floor loft spaces with two twin beds each, making it the perfect retreat for families, friends, or large groups. Each side also has fully updated kitchens and living spaces, and 2.5 bathrooms apiece.
Outdoors, enjoy our BBQ grill and picnic table and free parking for up to 6 vehicles in the rear of the property!

This is a trendy neighborhood in the perfect location, within walking distance from University Circle with so many coffee houses, restaurants, and cultural activities. You are also a short drive to Cleveland's world-class hospitals, downtown, or anywhere else in Cleveland you want to explore
Bring your bikes so you can bike to University Circle, Cleveland's art museums, Case Western Reserve University, the cultural gardens and the botanical gardens, and Severance Hall.
After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $450.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.
Note: the pet fee ($150) is PER PET up to Maximum of 2 allowed pet(s)!
