Pine Haven Mountain Home is filled with breath-taking views of the Colorado Mountains. This home is actually two homes in one large home. The main house boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, and a huge wrap around deck with outdoor seating. The attached home boasts a kitchen, dining, laundry and full bath on the main level and a huge bonus room on the second level that has a king size bed, bunk beds, and a lounge area. Hot tub and many places for outdoor lounging make this property unbeatable!

Why they chose this property
Soak in all the views the Colorado Rockies have to offer! Relax in all the outdoor spaces, large wrap around deck, front patio, back patio with fire pit, lower back yard with fire pit and grassy area. Two places to grill and hang out, enjoy the 7 person hot tub under the starry night sky. Up to 3000 sq. feet of usable space, that boasts 2 full kitchens, 2 1/2 baths, 3 bedrooms, plus a huge sleeping bonus area, that has a king size bed, twin bunk beds, and two sofas, one pulls out to a queen sleeper, laundry area. 3 large tv's, toys, games, etc. We are located 3/4 of a mile from Pine Valley open space, over 900 acres of trails, river and fishing pond to explore, many many picnic areas.
What makes this property unique
We are two complete homes in one. Each space rents separately or in this case, you are renting the entire full space. Tons of outdoor areas. Located within walking distance to the Pine Valley Open Space, 5 miles from Buffalo creek, some of the best mountain biking around and 12 miles to Deckers, best fly fishing in Colorado. 75 minutes from Breckenridge, RMNP, Denver Airport, Colorado Springs/Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak. 45 minutes to Denver or Red Rocks, take in a concert or outdoor movie. Countless outdoor activities to list them all!!! Enjoy the views! Enjoy the additional space, we can sleep up to 12 people comfortably.
