Blackpine Manor is a stunning home offering over 3,000 square feet of house hosting the best views in Missoula. This home has five bedrooms, three full baths, with two story wrap-around deck offering spectacular views of Missoula.
All of the five bedrooms have brand new Tempurpedic and Black Label mattresses with soft comfortable sheets and oversized or walk in closets in all bedrooms. Most of the bedrooms offer beautiful views of the valley of Missoula. The Main bedroom has a private entrance to the deck with wonderful views. This bedroom has a private bath also hosting fabulous views overlooking the town.
The three full bathrooms offer organic, non-animal cruelty tested toiletries and soft luxurious towels.
Blackpine has a large living room space that opens out onto the deck with stunning views. The great room offers a wonderful place for social gatherings that includes a full kitchen with new appliances that offer a great space to gather for meals. The kitchen has two dining room tables to ensure everyone has a seat. The breakfast nook also offers private access to the back porch with stunning views. Also enjoy breakfast or coffee outside on warmer days. The large living space downstairs also shows off beautiful views of Missoula. This living space offers a sleeper sofa with Egyptian cotton sheets and cashmere blankets. There is also a foosball table downstairs for endless fun. This is a great space to host sports games or movie night on the huge 65 inch TV.
The two-story deck offers the best views in Missoula. There is a brand-new BBQ grill on the upper deck to host gatherings. Soak up the sun in the loungers or outside couches. Host game night on the lower deck while enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

Spacious and comfortable

We came with a group of friends for a concert. Check in was easy. The property was in a great location and had a beautiful view overlooking the city. Master bedroom bed was super comfortable. This was a great option for a larger group. Would definitely book again!

Convenience With a View

The house fully met our needs, and the grandkids were exited to see deer grazing nearby in the mornings and evenings. While the view of Missoula was excellent, all amenities were well within a quick drive. Definitely recommended!

We ended up with no power for 3 out of the 4 days we stayed. The owner never once checked in to see if they could help at all, no updates and even when we reached out there was no communication. When we checked out they said there was damage to a twin size futon. They refused to use the insurance we bought through VRBO and demanded we pay almost 2,000 to replace (a twin size futon). If we damaged this I would absolutely pay to get it fixed or replaced. That’s why you buy insurance. They wouldn’t give me a receipt to show me the replacement. They didn’t submit it to the insurance I purchased. Very poor communication. The home itself needs some maintenance. The deck is unsafe as it is deteriorating. It could use a good cleaning as the corners were very dirty. Over all not the best experience, would not recommend staying here as they are not honest.

Reunion

It would have been helpful to have dish towels and dish rags for taking care of the dishes and counter tops. For the Foos ball table which is also a pool table there were no cue sticks. Overall, the house was nice for an older home. The wildlife to watch was wonderful.

Family time

This house had great space for our family of 12. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. It does sit on a hillside near the street so there is street noise but we weren’t bothered with it. Plenty of wild life to observe going through property. Only hiccup is we couldn’t figure out the dishwasher and some window shades would be nice in dining area as to not get setting sun in our face while playing cards and visiting at dining tables.

Great place for a large group

A large group of us stayed here for the Missoula marathon weekend, and it was lovely. The house is huge, and the beds were very comfy. We really enjoyed the view, which was amazing. The location was perfect for getting to the event as well. The only thing that was lacking were a few kitchen items that would have been nice, like a colander and basic spices. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great House with Great View

Perfect house for the family in a quiet part of Missoula. We had easy access to wherever we needed to be, so closing campus and downtown. Host was awesome and flexible!

Great Place

The house was very large allowing great work space when we all needed our own space. Everyone had a private room and everything we needed was provided. It had beautiful views and the location was perfect! I would highly recommend this property!!!!

Nice place

The property is a little dated and needs a few touchups, but overall we really enjoyed the stay. Curtains in the master bedroom did not work with the cords. Ended up manually sliding them. Decks and railings are in need of some maintenance (sanding / painting). Still, we felt the overall value was excellent. And the property manager was always quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Nice stay

We had a really nice stay in this Missoula home. We had a big family gathering and there were plenty of beds and seating for all. Nice big kitchen dining area for family dinners. Deck was nice but weather so hot didn’t get to enjoy much. The a/c was needed and it was great! Added seating downstairs was bonus for kids. The check in check out processes were very easy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house & setting

House was beautiful. Kids froze in the basement while we were hot upstairs. Only one thermostat for the whole house. Had to buy a fan to bring cold air up. Emailed owner, stay was about over when they got back to us. House was clean, had lots of room but not much for furniture except dining sets so it echoed really bad. We had to constantly repeat ourselves because of the echo. Gorgeous view of Missoula with wildlife in the yard the whole time. If they decide to add more furniture (livingroom had only one tiny sectional and 2 dining room tables. Was hard to get comfortable enough to visit with 15 people in our group.) to get rid of the echo, we would stay again.

Loved the deer!

We had a group of 14 adults and we found the home perfectly sufficient. We really enjoyed watching the deer that roamed through the property each day. Thank you for a lovely stay!
