- 3 bed, 2 bath house with 2 Queen sized pull out couches
- 3 level barn with arcade, pool table, TV and full bath with shower.
-The house can sleep anywhere from 6 - 8 people
- The property is 45 acres with plenty of natural forest to roam.
- 6 person hot tub
- 10 minute drive to multiple lakes, hiking, skiing, the Bethel Woods concert venue and other attractions

BEGINNING IN MAY 2025 - THE POOL AREA AND BARN GAME ROOM WILL BE COMMUNAL WITH OUR OTHER GUESTS STAYING IN OUR GLAMPING ACCOMMODATIONS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PROPERTY

Located in the Catskills, only a 90 minute drive from the George Washington Bridge in New York City. Tons of fun activities within a 10-15 minute drive. Multiple lakes, hiking trails, the Bethel Woods concert venue, Resorts World Catskills Casino, Kartrite Indoor Waterpark, and Monticello Raceway.
The pool is only available from June through October. And can be heated for an upfront nightly fee.
All pet requests must go through us for approval as we will only allow one potty-trained dog per stay for a $200 fee. Sorry, no cats.
