Decent for the money
Overall it was okay. There was black hair on the dressers and leftover trash from the previous people as well as a moldy/dirty shower curtain but we liked that they included children’s plates/cups and tons of pillows. We knew they didn’t offer a supply of shampoo, soap, etc because we would bring our own anyways but make sure you bring trash bags, sponges to do the dishes, etc.

Great price but not as great as we thought
This place was fine for our vacation. Trying to check in was difficult as communication was a bit off in timing. The person over this rental blamed it on being a "last minute rental." We booked it on Thursday for a Monday arrival. She stated that because it was so close the information that is normally automated didn't work. Due to this lack of communication we failed to get all the information needed like that a parking pass ($25) is required as well as wristbands ($20 per person) to use the amenities. If you park even shortly in the wrong place other residents complain and security issues a warning ticket. There are no signs indicating where not to park. The free family things to do is only free for 1 adult not everyone in your party. There was very little supplies so things like towels (3-4) ran out our first day, toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry soap (1 each). The dishwasher, washer, and dryer are ridiculously loud and the dryer barely works. Our laundry had to be dried multiple times even if very small load. It is very close to the beach and other attractions in the area. Overall great location with a nice price but you get what you pay for and this place could use some work.
