Tucked away on the inviting grounds of an historic Sunday House (1893), and re-imagined as a luxe, apartment-style guest house, Suite Charles has been newly and fully renovated to wrap you in modern comfort.

One of two guest houses that make up the “TownHaus” collection, this private get-away offers a luxurious stay in a garden setting just 2 blocks from the vibrancy of one of the best Main Streets in Hill Country.

Cute property and great location

Property close to Main Street but far enough from the traffic noise. Parking was perfect and all amenities were top notch. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway for 2

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful but close enough to Main St to walk to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. The house was so cute, loved the patio/backyard area and it was stocked with exactly what we needed.

Fantastic place!

Perfect location!! Extremely clean and comfortable place to stay. Very comfy bed! Nice, short walk to Main Street. Only thing is the ac would not turn on, so felt like there wasn’t air movement. Woke up sweaty feeling throughout the night.

Lovely

I highly recommend this property for a fun getaway. My husband and I got away for the weekend and enjoyed our stay. The cottage is beautiful, clean, and so peaceful. The location of this property is perfect. A short walk to downtown Fredericksburg for tons of shopping, wineries, eateries. Perfect all the way around. We enjoyed our mornings sitting by the fire pit with coffee. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ highly recommend- we will be back.

Perfect Get Away

The location was close to everything. Very Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The bed was comfortable and we loved the bedding. The bathroom was large and the shower was amazing. The only thing missing from the listing was the Nespresso pods. We love our coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Early Fall getaway

Exactly as presented. Decor was detailed & it’s obvious a great of time was taken on the appearance. Awesome shower!! Great area! Easy walk to Main St! Lots to do in the area!

Great wine weekend

We went to Fredricksburg for a wine adventure and relax! This house was in a great location! We were able to get up on the mornings and walk downtown! The house had everything we needed. Great living space and bathroom. This shower was awesome! We will try to stay there again! And tell others about it! Highly recommend all to try staying there! Thanks!
