This deluxe Summit Beach Resort condominium is located on the 10th floor of this 15-story complex. The Summit is conveniently located on Thomas Drive near numerous restaurants, shops and family entertainment venues. This well-maintained 10th floor unit offers a direct beachfront balcony with spectacular views. Fully equipped to host your family or friends on a comfortable, sun-filled vacation. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar. This condo offers a king bed in the bedroom with en-suite bath (private bathroom), 2nd full bath in hallway, two twin size bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. Balcony with chairs faces directly to the white sand beaches and Gulf of Mexico.

NOT INCLUDED: A refundable security deposit of $200 (charged within 24 hours of your arrival date) and The Summit Owner's Association registration fee (paid upon arrival to the Summit Owner's Association in the lobby) is $27 and includes 1 parking pass & up to 5 property armbands. Extra parking pass $27. While we do our best to provide you with accurate, up-to-date information, The Summit Owner's Association reserves the right to change the registration fee at any time and without notice and is based on SOA limits and availability.

Dirty-old appliances-everything needs painted and/or replaced

Drapes tore on sliding door and master bedroom. Living room rug dirty and torn. Refrigerator and stove rusted. Kitchen Cabinet door missing. Kitchen faucet leaks. Living couch & love seat so dirty I called maint and they came and shampooed, better but needs replaced and my understanding is the owner has been contacted about this and nothing done. Walls all need paint and a thorough scrubbing is needed on bathroom walls and all baseboards and doors. So glad this was and adult weekend as I would not have wanted my grandkids to crawl around on floors and furniture. Washer/dryer appeared new and worked well. Master king bed and bunk slept well. Summit grounds and pool area are very nice.

Summit stay

The property and location was awesome. The condo was nice but had a few things that need to be taken care of. Trash under the bed and water bottles. The television in the bedroom is on its last leg and needs to be replaced. We had a great time just a few things needed attention where we stayed. Otherwise our vacation was great.

Spring break stay in good location!

While I know it was spring break, it was pretty loud. You can hear screaming about every 10 minutes from the sling shot across the parking lot. The condo was overall clean! I sent an inspection as soon as I got there, but after a day or so, I found a pill bottle, hair clip, and trash behind the bed when my phone dropped. Hair was on a lamp and in the showers. Crumbs were in the chairs when we got there and random sunflower seeds throughout the place. I feel like the vents in the bathrooms could use a good scrub. The condo had everything we needed, great location, the tiki bar at the pool was great. The pictures of the condo description is missing a picture of the master bedroom. I had to ask to make sure it indeed had a master. Overall tho, it was all we needed! I would come back.

Cleanliness was not great. Furniture overcrowded and needs a lot of updating. Love the Summit but should have all elevators working during holiday weeks.

My trip

We had to wait two hours for our room to be cleaned . The cleaning was subpar the poor cleaning lady needed help. While she was cleaning she flipped a beaker in the room. When the room was finished the air conditioning was out. Someone came and It worked for about an hour then it stopped . So the first night we slept without air conditioning we left the balcony door open so we wouldn’t be hot. The next afternoon they fixed it. This was my sons 18th birthday weekend and due to the unorganized schedule of others it messed all our schedule up . I have stayed at the Summit numerous of times but after these experience I will not stay there ever again. We made the most of it and had fun.

Nice for the price

It was a nice place but it wasn’t the most clean, and there were a couple of things that were broken or loose. Like cabinets and stuff. Overall it was a good place and don’t have any complaints beautiful view. 2 pools 2 hot tubs outside. 1 hot tub inside. Bar and grill inside the property and direct access to the beach.
