Perfect for a small family of 4

Comfortable stay for our family. Beautiful ocean front view from the balcony. Small downside is that you can hear the elevators pretty well all day and night, but was also very convenient being so close to them. It was stocked with everything we needed. Overall, this condo was exactly what we needed for our vacation! Highly recommended!

Was clean I would stay again. Just wish they had a broom for the sand. Toilet was a little lose, hot water didn’t stay hot that long. Other than that was really nice.

Extended Weekend

We had a weekend open up and wanted to get away. Found the Majestic on VRBO, just wanted something on the beach. Condo was clean, loved the layout. Gulf view from the 7th floor was nice, although we didn’t see any sharks, like other people were proclaiming. Elevators were fast, which was a concern going in, since in peak times some places can be congested and take some time to get where you want to be (the beach!) Our only other concern/ confusion going in was parking, but we called ahead, got great service with clarity and the parking set up actually was very convenient.

Over all stay was what we needed for myself and 3 children 2 teens and an 3 yr old. All the appliances we needed were there. There was 2 beach chairs to bring down to the beach. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Downfalls… the unit had a musty odor that was pretty dominant. The hot water didn’t last an entire Quick shower. We had to evacuate the building with no management seen as to why. Elevators were down due to that. TV’s could have been a little bigger but we weren’t there to watch much of that. I would stay at this unit again.
