Great accommodations

Condo was lovely and well equipped. Great balconies and view. Well kept pool area. The property manger was very responsive. We were not far from the beach 5-10 min and downtown 15-20 min walk but there were great restaurants and grocery stores closer. There was a beach umbrella but no chairs would be good to have a couple folding ones. The building is built into a hill so there are lot of stairs but ramps and an elevator for the higher floors.

Hot Water Does Not Work Properly

My family stayed here for a week in February 2024. Unfortunately, while the place was relatively nice and in a nice building, the hot water tank is not working properly. The first time I tried to have a shower there was no hot water. I assumed it may have been a central boiler that was out of hot water, so I tried again in the morning and it was still not working. I contacted the host who sent someone to fix it. However the fix was only temporary as again there was no hot water. This time someone came to the suite to show us how to reset the hot water tank, but it continued to fail several times during our stay. The host tried to blame it on power outages, but the stove clock and lights continued to work with our issue, and there were no additional power failures at the property when consulting with other guests. My husband, who owns a general contracting company, identified that it was a faulty switch or element. I requested a partial refund from the host and have not heard back. If you are looking for a place where you can have a hot shower, bathe your children, and wash your dishes in warm water when you would like to, this is not your place.

Beautiful Pool

This condo was nice and large, great water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. Lots of stairs to get up to the unit. AC only in bedrooms, which seems typical for the building. Pools were beautiful and relaxing, comfy pool loungers. Quiet.
