Single family newer build home. Open floor plan with spacious bedrooms, a full kitchen, 1 1/2 full bathrooms, walk in closets, and a second floor laundry. Attached 2 car garage and patio with grill.
Well behaved pets welcome with a one-time $100 cleaning fee. No breed or weight restrictions. If you include pets in the guest count charge will be automatically included in your booking, otherwise we will add them after booking.
Guests have the entire use of the home and 2 car attached garage.
This home is available for a minimum of 30 day leases. Community pool and park available seasonally to long term registered tenants.

No smoking allowed inside house.
