3 BR 2 BA Beach Front Phoenix X Condo Wraparound Balcony Beside Florabama!!

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath CORNER unit is on the 11th floor of the Phoenix X complex, so the direct gulf front view is grand from our balcony! The balcony wraps around to give a wonderful view of both the beach and the bay sides! This complex is one of the most popular rental complexes in Orange Beach, with the convenience of walking to the world famous Florabama roadhouse and several restaurants.

The living room has a huge set of wrap around windows showing a stunning view of the sugar sand beach and sparkling blue waves below. From the balcony you will enjoy watching the activities on the beach, the red sunset or taking a nap listening to the methodical rolling of waves against the shore.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bath, as well as direct balcony access! The flat screen tv has been wall mounted for easy viewing from bed.

The second bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen tv and the third bedroom has a set of twin over full bunk beds with a flat screen tv.

The spacious living room has plenty of room for everyone, a large flat screen TV, and a sleeper sofa to accommodate those extra guests staying with you.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want, the dining area has seating for six at the table and 3 others at the dining bar.

Both bathrooms have large vanities so you can spread out!

The complex has two pools. One is an indoor heated pool and the other is on the beach side of the complex. The outdoor pool has plenty of seating for laying out in the sun or watching the kids swim.

The Phoenix X complex is located right beside the Florida/Alabama line, with shopping close by, restaurants within walking distance and live music every night just a short walk from your room!

No smoking in the unit or on the balcony and no pets inside our unit or on the property at Phoenix X!

There is a drink/snack vending machine, a fitness center, several hot tubs, bbq grills and multiple elevators and luggage carts for your convenience.

The Complex is within a short drive of several grocery stores (including a Wal-Mart Neighborhood market in Orange Beach and supercenter in Gulf Shores), pharmacies, package stores, movie rentals, spas, deep sea fishing charters, movie theaters, golf courses, water parks, mini golf, the Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley, Gulf Shores State Park, the Alabama Birding Trail and Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge.

History buffs can ride out to Fort Morgan State Park, built in 1834 and heavily used during the civil war. For those that want to visit her sister fort across Mobile Bay, Fort Gaines, they can take the interesting ride on the car ferry over to Dauphin Island! Makes a great day trip!

For those that have never experienced the night life on the beach, you are in for a wonderful time. There are many night clubs in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The Pink Pony and The Hangout are in Gulf Shores. Live Bait is a popular spot in Orange Beach. All have live music most of the time. One of the best places to experience the Gulf Coast nightlife and meet people ages 18 to 80 is the world famous roadhouse, the Florabama Lounge. Located right beside our complex with great food and some of the best live music around! Also check out the Yacht Club and Ole River Grill across the street for more good food and live music.

The complex is only an hour away from Mobile Alabama, 30 minutes from Pensacola Florida, and 20 minutes from Foley, Alabama. Located directly on the beach at 29576 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, Alabama.

We have a total of 7 condos for rent in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. We only have this one in Orange Beach but have a total of 6 in the Island Shores complex in Gulf Shores. The place was dirty and the furniture was flimsy. The bed almost flipped over when you sit on the end and the drawers to the dressers did not fit right. There were none of the extra make you feel at home things that I’ve experienced at other VRBO’s.

We had a fantastic visit! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the sights of the gulf and Old River. The $60 parking pass was the only unpleasant surprise we encountered.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was extremely clean and well organized and maintained. One of the things that we felt was an incredible showing of pride in the property is the very high end furniture on the wrap around balcony. We enjoy watching the sun rise and you can spend a few hours in the morning or evening watching the sun go up or down. Showing that much attention to detail on something outside says so much for them!!!! We cant wait to rent this same place again!!!

This property was absolutely stunning! A week there was not long enough. Judy was an amazing host and any questions I had she would get back to me immediately :) The wrap around porch hangs were pretty nice and you could hear live music from the Flora-Bama bar! Orange beach and Gulf Shores had some of the most amazing hang outs for kids and families! We will be back again!!! I never wanted to leave ;)

Close to Flora bama
The location was great if you like to frequent Flora-Bama. The unit is located right beside the parking garage elevators. The only downsides would be the elevator noise during the night but I was able to use earplugs. Also the bunk bed room beds are very noisy and didn't have a nightstand. Other than that the unit was well stocked and the view was great from the wrap around balcony.

Overall our stay was perfect!! I do think the housekeeper could have been a little more thorough but it was nothing that we couldn’t clean ourselves quickly before unpacking. I would recommend this place to others and also consider it for future trips!

We came for our annual beach trip & invited 2 other couples. The condo was the perfect space & decorated beautifully. Balcony was large and everything was very comfortable. The location of the unit was very convenient and located the closest to the parking garage, making loading & unloading super easy! Highly recommend

Phoenix X has great access to the beach and is in a great location close to Flora-Bama. Condo had a great view and a nice big balcony. Owner informed us the day before we were to check in that the washer was not working, and that they would not have a new one until after we left. They did offer a partial refund for the inconvenience. I would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

I have stayed at alot of places in OB. This condo being on the corner with a wraparound balcony over the flora bama and has the best view and nicest amenities of any other condo in my experience. The hosts are always super. If you dont stay here your missing out.

Amazing balcony and views
Our family loved the room for everyone to spread out, fantastic views with comfortable patio furniture from the large corner balcony, and walking distance to Flora-Bama’s several restaurants/marina. The condo was very clean and right off the elevator from the parking garage making it easy to get your stuff in and out. The host was easy to get ahold of and quickly responded to any questions. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. We chose this condo for its proximity to the Flora Bama.
Loved sitting on the balcony at night and listening to the music from the Flora Bama. The unit is exactly as it appears. The owners were very communicative. This would be a great condo for a large family.
