1 Sky Lake in Incline Village

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented many properties in Incline over 30 years. We were frustrated to understand that we did not have access to the Incline & Burnt Cedar Beaches (as renters)- but we understand the concept under Covid-a9 orders. We were not notified of this until AFTER our non-refundable deposit was charged. We were also not notified of the amount of restoration construction that was taking place the whole time we were there. The wood boards, facia and construction equipment was left on top of the first story garage area and right outside of the upstairs window the whole week. We would have never rented this property if we knew of these items. Also, the carpet in the living room is stained very bad and the couch cushions are unraveling. The rental was $2400 for 6 nights (including "service fees") and definitely not worth it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was excellent. Rental was clean but several things were not in working condition. All toilets did not flush properly. The right kitchen faucet is broken. Had to use the left hot water. To turn on for dishwashing. The coffee maker didn’t work properly. Sliding doors were rough

My stay at Sky Lake

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay at Sky Lake was very nice. The location was close to where I needed to be, very quiet, clean and a lots of room. I like to watch local and national news, but it is not available through the cable network provided. I would recommend this location to anyone, it is very comfortable.

Nice Location. Good size. Dated Carpets & furnishings.

We enjoyed the location, layout & size of the condo/townhouse. Parking good for 2 cars. Carpets & furnishings pretty old made them not feel so welcoming. Bedrooms are on first floor. Living Room, Family Room, Breakfast Area, Dining Room on second floor. Two decks - one on second floor is in sunlight, the other is below on the first floor and therefore shaded. 0.4 Miles to private beach (which we couldn't use due to Covid-19), otherwise would have been nice. Centrally located with easy access to all that we wanted to do. Kitchen was adequately stocked with pots, pans, dishware, utensils, etc.. Toilets flush slowly but none clogged during our stay. King size bed in master is comfortable. Twin Beds mattresses were worn and our teens said they could feel the springs. We would stay there again as price was right and we know the limitations. Management company was nice, communicative & responsive. Thank you!

Good and bad

Love the location and the condo but it is time for some upgrades. The beds are really terrible and interfere with the enjoyment of your stay because you can't sleep well. Also, the pots and pans are really out dated and broken with missing handles and the nonstick surface is scratched off which can be dangerous for your health. Also, in my opinion there wasn't enough plates/utensils for the size of house. We only had 5 people and I had to run the dishwasher after every meal so we would have enough for the next meal. There was only 2 packs of dish detergent provided.

Spacious, but outdated

This is a spacious unit in a convenient location (not far from Sand Harbor Park), but the decor and appliances need definite updating. The beds were not very comfortable and there is only one television with limited channels. The management company was very responsive to our inquiries and allowed us to do an early check in.
