At the Blue Pearl enjoy the perfect getaway with a private, saltwater pool just 7 minutes from the beautiful white sands of Belleair Beach and Indian Rocks Beach. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood centrally located 15 minutes away from Clearwater Beach and 30 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg & Tampa. With 4 bedrooms cozily sleeping 10 and new furnishings/Smart TV's in every room, we hope to make your vacation a truly memorable one!

THE SPACE:

The Blue Pearl has four bedrooms (five beds), two full-sized bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, backyard, pool, & patio.

Master Bedroom: King-size bed, 32-inch LED Smart TV, ensuite bathroom.

Queen Bedroom: Queen-size bed with 32-inch LED Smart TV.

Bedroom #3: Full-size bed with 32-inch LED Smart TV.

Bedroom #4: Two full-size beds with 32-inch LED Smart TV.

Living Room: Sectional sofa, two swivel barrel chairs, console table with two barstools, 43-inch LED Smart TV.

Please note the spa has the same temperature setting as the pool. The spa is NOT a hot tub and does not have temperatures different than the pool water. The pool & spa are heated only from late October to March, at no extra charge.

Please be mindful the home is nestled in a quiet, family & retiree neighborhood.

Guest Rules:

* Tampering with pool equipment or outdoor cameras is prohibited.
* Child pool fence is not to be removed due to city regulations.
* No smoking or drug use in the home or premises.
* Minimum age to book is 25+.
* No parties or pets.

Outdoor cameras on the exterior of the home and a noise decibel meter help ensure accordance with 'Guest Rules'. Failure to abide to any 'Guest Rules' will result in extra fees.

WHERE YOU'LL BE:

The Blue Pearl is nestled in a quiet, residential family and retiree neighborhood within a mile from Target, Publix, countless eateries, coffee shops, nature preserves, & more. Less than a block away is the Pinellas Trail, a 75 mile multi-use pathway stretching from St Petersburg up to Tarpon Springs. A couple blocks in the same direction is Taylor Park, a 150 acre green space with a picturesque freshwater lake!

Great home

My husband and I stayed here with our daughters and their families, it was the perfect house for us. There is a very nice park with a nice walking trail and a play ground less than a half mile down the street.

mid march stay for 4 nights

Our group was 3 families comprised of 3 adults and 3 teens. I rented this property for the heated pool and enough sleeping and living space for our group. Our objectives for the trip were to explore and chill. Positives are that there was enough room for our group to spread out and to eat. Adequate dishes and kitchen utensils. Washer and dryer. We liked the location which is within walking distance to a park and lake where we walked, and the boys looked for alligators; the park also has playgrounds. There are grocery and shopping stores close. The disappointments were that we could not get the tv on the screen porch to work (this was the teens' area) and that probably due a wind storm the night before we arrived, the pool was gross with tree debris. The pool cleaner arrived a day later than his scheduled time and my daughter actually used the skimmer to clean out the pool for l day of pool time. I know you have no control over the weather. The owner responded to my requests and updates but there was no resolution to the tv question and he had no control over when the pool cleaner arrived.

Pretty home and plenty of space for 6 adults. The floors were pretty dirty. Our white socks were filthy after walking around inside the home. Also, I didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t adjust the heat on the spa. The spa has to stay the same temperature as the pool. So it’s not really a spa. Good location to stores, grocery stores, restaurants, and beach. The beds were very comfortable too. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Very disappointed!

For the price and what was pictured and described I had much higher expectations! To start we asked if there was room for a 29 ft motorhome and were told yes. Our motorhome is 26ft and it went almost to the road and blocked the sidewalk. We feared we would get in trouble but we didn’t. The house appeared clean but the couch was all stained and rug seemed dirty or stained. Kitchen though had mostly what you needed it was old pots and pans that had flaking off non stick coating. Went and got some to use. A couple of the kitchen cabinets by the sink were water damaged and moldy. Gave us trouble with our mold allergies. Master bath vanity is rough and medicine cabinet I wouldn’t put anything in and the light fixture was very rusty. Backyard area is not nearly as nice as it looks and there was glass around the tiki hut. Pool is supposedly heated to 80 but it felt colder than that and kids didn’t want to go in it pool was clean. It is stated in the ad, but we did not remember reading it, but the spa is not hot it is pool water temperature. Dining chairs have some rips and tip over easy with little kids. One room had very dirty curtains and holes in them. Hammock in the back yard was ripped and not usable. Also extension cords run all over the walls. Not good for little toddlers. We expressed our disappointment immediately to the owner. We found somewhere else to stay and could only get a little refund for the second week so we had to stay one week.

Nice property!

The house was spacious with several places to hang out - the main family room, the covered porch and the patio. Great to have the TV in the porch area, as we were there at Thanksgiving and football time was greatly enjoyed! The heater on the pool was not working, so if your group wants a heated pool, check with the host that it's working before booking your stay.

Great experience

Usually stay in Clearwater but tried this area instead and will stay here every year from now on. Indian Rocks is very close and not as busy as Clearwater highly recommend.

Great for families

The house is in a nice location and is great for families/kids. Grocery stores are close by and the beach is a quick drive as well. Provided items like the coolers, beach chairs, and umbrella came in handy for our beach days. Thomas was quick to respond to any questions we had. The only other thing is the pool and deck had a ton of pollen everywhere due to the overhanging tree so we were constantly skimming that out of the pool. The kids loved the pool and overall we had a great time!

The Blue Pearl is a great choice. The neighborhood is quite and it's in a great location between Clearwater and St Petes. Beds were clean and comfortable. Depending on time of year pool can be overrun with tassels falling from the tree that hangs over the pool. Thomas was a great host. Would definitely recommend!

Pick a better place to stay in the area

Dishwasher is broken, sprayer on the kitchen faucet barely sprays, stove is not level, the place is not handicapped accessible at all!!!! The description needs to be clear about the pool being heated and it is on a TIMER. Cools off too quickly. Filters were not running even when the water level was where it was supposed to be. All of the Bedroom Doorways are not wide enough for a wheelchair to get through. Ensuite bathroom door is not wide enough for a wheelchair. Place is advertised as handicap accessible and it is not at all!!!! No threshold ramps from kitchen to living room. About 6 inches of a step between the two rooms. Same issue with the living room to the laundry room. Wheelchairs cannot get out the back door patio doorway to enjoy the yard — not wide enough and doesn’t have a patio ramp over the door threshold. Found a live roach in the cabinet under kitchen sink. Reported it and was told it is because it is a tropical environment in Florida. The lanai leaks a lot of water onto the floor when it rains.

Great Escape

The property was wonderful!!!! Great location, a short short drive from numerous beautiful beaches. Walmart, and a broad selection of restaurants are in the area. The home was equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils, and goodies left by previous guests. I made sure to leave my own contributions. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, plus boogie boards & floaties. Bed sheets were crisp and clean. But the hands down winner was the crystal clear pool. I fell in love with this place. Ohhhhhh, i almost forgot; there is a charcoal/ gas bar b que grill. This place is absolutely AMAZING

Great Pool House

We stayed at the Blue Pearl while in Florida to move our oldest two boys into their dorm and for a job interview-thought we’d take advantage of the opportunity and enjoy some fun in the sun. This rental was comfy and roomy, and we appreciated all of the extras available like the cooler, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. Just a thought, we would have loved pool lights and more lighting in general in the pool area for swimming after sundown. Overall, we did really enjoy our stay-thanks!

Blue Pearl oriented for family fun

The Blue Pearl was an economical place for our large family. Kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking meals to save money with an occasional night out for dinner. There were beach chairs and toys for the beach trips and also an umbrella. The pool was a hit! We did miss an air fryer for convenience food! Host was responsive and a pleasure to work with! Will definitely stay here again.
