The Space:
New for 2023, this home has been transformed into "Azaleas" - a Boho Chic retreat with a secluded courtyard perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable, just two blocks to King Street and surrounded by Charleston's best fine dining.

** Please note the home is divided into 3 completely separate Suites A / B / C each with a private entrance and dedicated outdoor space **

Indoor Space:
- Second Floor - Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar & small dining table, stacked washer + dryer. Living room with 4k smart TV, game console, and record player. 1 King bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
- Third Floor - Master loft complete with 1 King bed, 4k smart TV, reading nook with daybed, desk, and ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor Space:
- Private and secluded courtyard with wicker seating set and teak rocking chairs
- Private driveway with parking for 2 vehicles

Guest Access:
The entrance to Suite C is on Spring St at the end of our private driveway to the left side of the house. Access is provided with a unique key code.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

Getting Around:
Easily walk to the restaurants, nightlife, and shopping of King St and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Uber or Lyft around town or to the airport.

DASH is a free shuttle service that allows riders to explore the peninsula. Two of the routes have stops just around the corner. Visit the DASH website for a route map and more information.

Other Things to Note:
Parking: Parking for 1-2 vehicles is provided onsite in our private driveway.

Stairs required - this Suite is located on the second and third floors of a 3 story home.

No parties or events are allowed on the premises.

Spacious and clean!

Our girls trip to Charleston was complete with this great 2 bedroom apartment! We ended up spending more time there than we thought we would, due to it's proximity to everything, and it was so comfortable and beautifully appointed that we really enjoyed being there and even ordered dinner in one night! The courtyard is so cute and comfortable, and we truly had everything we needed including towels, tp, coffee filters/sugars, and trash bags. The check in and out process could not have been any easier and Tom and Hannah were the absolute best hosts! We highly recommend this great property!!

Descriptions are very accurate

Very secluded apartment with top-notch finishes and a very professional management company. When I made an error on my original date, they were not very flexible, but eventually agreed to the change, which, according to their policy, they didn’t have to do. Unfortunately, for us, it rained two of our three days and there is no view from this apartment - except the adjacent buildings and parking lot.

Beautiful, like New, Clean and Great Location

Everything was very nice. My wife and I stayed 3 nights and loved it. Great location! Quiet! Everything was new. Even had a record player with 70’s albums. Great for two couples to share. We didn’t even use the upstairs bedroom which was very nice also. Definitely would stay there again.

No worries

Clean, comfortable and quaint. Owner’s did a great job decorating and stocking the kitchen and bathrooms. Conveniently located to downtown and the free Dash shuttle lines. Loved that we had off street parking for our rental car. Only issue was that the keypad door lock didn’t work properly. Easily addressed with the direct number for the property manager. Great customer service.

Perfect weekend in Charleston!

Loved our stay in Charleston at Azaleas! Location was perfect - walking distance to King. The unit was meticulous in its' cleanliness, appearance and comfort. No detail is left for you to worry about. Communication with Tom was effortless and timely. We went with another couple and the upstairs/downstairs just gives you the privacy you might want to have when sharing a place. Loved it! 10 out of 10.

Perfect Location

Overall an amazing stay. The owners are excellent communicators and kept in touch through out the stay. We greatly appreciated it. We had issues with the internet, and a service person was there fixing it; professional and polite! Thank you for a great 17th birthday weekend for our youngest daughter ❤️

Clean, close, and communicative!

My husband and I stayed here with my parents for a long weekend. Tom was very communicative and responded rapidly to all our questions and requests. The unit was clean and had everything you would need—including games! The house was only a few blocks to King St and was only a few dollar Uber to other further areas. We all look forward to coming back!

Amazing

This place was outstanding. The location was perfect for us to get wherever we wanted to go by walking, allowing us to really see the city. The pictures do not do the place justice, and the hosts were on top of everything, quick to reply, and just all around super nice. This was probably the best trip we’ve had to Charleston and we owe most of that to Tom and Hannah.

Weekend Getaway

The home was wonderful with a great location. The outdoor space was my favorite for cool evenings to sit outside. We had great communication with the owners for any of our questions or needs. If you visit Charleston this is the place you need to stay.

Perfect stay!

We traveled to Charleston with another couple. It was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space and their own bathrooms which was a bonus. Kitchen was really well equipped and the entire place was spotless. The outdoor of seating area was awesome! We were thrilled with the location. We will definitely be back again!

Great base of operations for a Charleston visit. Incredibly clean. Incredibly well stocked. Great kitchen. Very modern conveniences. Off street parking big plus - parked the car for our whole stay and walked and Ubered everywhere.

This property is lovely. Would rate it a 10 out of 10. This home is clean, well maintained and in a wonderful location for exploring the city. We totally enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor patio after walking about the city all day. The bagel place the owners guide book recommended was outstanding for breakfast, easily walkable as were many fantastic restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms very modern. Communication with the owner was superb. They are quick to respond to any concerns and questions. The check in and check out process was seamless. Would not hesitate to return to this property.

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I spent 5 days at Azalea’s. It was very clean, newly renovated and within easy walking distance of many places. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Hosts even provided mini shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when returning to Charleston!

Wonderful location and beautiful decor!

My friends and I recently stayed here for a girls weekend. The location is close to King Street. We walked everywhere all weekend and never needed to take an Uber. The decor is beautiful and the home was extremely clean. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the outdoor patio. The communication with the host was excellent. I highly recommend staying here!

Spring Street was Perfrct!

We loved our stay at the Azaelas❤️. The location was great, the accommodations were perfect for two couples! We stayed in Suite C with private parking and our own private courtyard! It’s the perfect place to stay when visiting the Holy City!
