The perfect vacation does exist, just on the edge of the Florida-Alabama state line. In the beautiful community of Grande Lagoon lies this gorgeous, brand new beachfront breath taker, perfect to suit a family or friends getaway. Enjoy hearing the ocean waves first thing in the morning, whether from Pensacola Bay or just across the sand dune to the Gulf of Mexico, or while sitting out back in the evening. It's a perfect spot to watch the Blue Angels during their season, which runs from March to November on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; or perhaps a flyby along the beach as they fly home from a show! Use the private beach and community dock at your leisure to boat, surf, paddle board, fish, kayak and just about any other waterfront activity you can think of. Take a short drive east to downtown Pensacola or west to Orange Beach & Gulf Shores where you'll find plenty of local eateries, arts, and entertainment to keep you busy during your stay.

The moment you step foot inside you'll find a bright interior simply flooded with natural light thanks to the amazing viewing windows pointed at the sea. You and your crew will be comfortable and cozy while feeling luxurious living right on the shore. The living area invites you in to carry on a great conversation to take in a movie night on the large TV. The kitchen is exquisite with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar with a beautiful dining area overlooking the water. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, perfect for storing all your personal belongings. The main bedroom is a sanctuary in its own because of its private entrance to the oversized deck, a TV for private viewing, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and large walk in double-headed shower. The kids will love bunking down and making memories in the bunk beds. Observe the breathtaking sunsets on the back deck with your favorite drink in hand, watching the tide roll in. Perfect House All Around!!!
We picked this house because of location and size!! With our busy lifestyles it's always important for us to have a house that's away from the Hussle and bussle, this place was so peaceful! Relaxing indeed!! Location is super awesome!! It's near everything without being tourist like! The house it's is a dream home! I just wish we weren't so far away so we could visit it regularly!!! If your looking for a wonderful overall vacation stay at this house!!! It won't disappoint!!! Bonus:The owners are great with communication!! Not all rentals are like this! Thank you again for letting us stay at your beautiful home! It was truly a blessing to us!

Family vacation 2024
We had a wonderful trip! The place was even nicer than we expected and seemed larger than the pics online. Nice sized rooms and the kitchen and family room area was the perfect size and had great views of the beautiful bay! Would highly recommend to families. The hosts were great about communicating with me and answered all questions quickly! Loved our stay!

Wedding Vacation
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. My friends and I came down to stay for a wedding that we were attending that weekend. The place was very clean and well equipped with all the amenities that we could’ve asked for. The owners were easy to communicate with for any issues or questions we had. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Absolute perfection!
We stayed in this beautiful home while in town for my sons wedding. It’s located in a wonderful neighborhood, the pictures are completely accurate for what you see in real life. The most peaceful setting which provided much comfort between the hustle and bustle of wedding decorating and events and recovery the day after. The owners were EXTREMELY accommodating as we booked last minute and even added an extra day to rest before driving home. The home is spotless, spacious, and has everything you need. I especially appreciate this home having tvs in every bedroom and having youtube tv access for guests as several homes we have been to have not, makes a big difference to those of us who watch tv to fall asleep! I honestly cant say enough good things about the owners and their wonderful home other than we decided we would love to return for a week again soon!

Beautiful location
The location is beautiful. The house was very clean and the neighborhood wonderful and peaceful. The rental was advertised to have several amenities, hair dryer, shampoo etc. that were not at the property, I gave it four stars because it lacks some niceties that five star properties that we have stayed that make it feel like home rather than a hotel room like kitchen supplies, blankets and pillows on the sofas, extra beach chairs and beach toys and yes bathroom supplies like a hair dryer

Best Getaway House
I highly recommend this house and renter to anyone looking for rental in the Pensacola area. Forget about Pensacola Beach rental. This house was close to everything and our private beach was great for the kids!

Relaxing Getaway
I can’t say enough praises about staying at this home. Any questions or information I needed were immediately addressed by Shelby. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and very inviting. The long back deck is where we spent most of our time. The peaceful and relaxing view of the water was amazing! The incredible sunrise each morning was the perfect way to start the day. Book your next getaway here, you will not be disappointed.

FABULOUS!
This property was perfect for our family of 10. The little private beach was a hit for the kids. The view is amazing and the community dock was convenient for fishing. The location is great! Close to beach access and short ride to restaurants in Orange Beach or Gulf Shores. The owners were fantastic to communicate with. I HIGHLY recommend this property!!!!!!!. To begin with. Shelby and Michael are the best at rapid response! They are always accessible for answering questions in a timely manner!!! Their house is not only beautiful but located in a quiet neighborhood that offers a great opportunity to relax on the back porch facing the water. Downtown Pensacola or Orange Beach are a short drive if you’re interested in shopping or entertainment for yourselves or your children of any age! The house offers two main bedrooms that are located on each side of the house which allows for privacy for the adults. The other two bedrooms are perfect for children or adults. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for the cook in your family. Everything is exceptionally clean and well appointed. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to vacation in the area. We for sure hope to return to this great vacation venue in the near future!! Thank you Shelby and Michael for sharing your home!

Beautiful home on the water
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit in this home! It was roomy and perfect accommodations for our party of 6 adults and 2 kids. Views were incredible and we had direct access to water + a perfect little shallow beach. Loved the neighborhood setting which allowed us to avoid much of the tourist crowds elsewhere in the area. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay!
We had a wonderful time staying at this property with friends! Nine of us total, and the layout was perfect to have a family of four on one side of the house and a family of five on the other side. It gave some separation at night with the combined beautiful living space during the day and evening! Back yard beach was a hit with adults and kids alike - we spent most mornings out there before going over to the “big beach” a few minutes away. We did Johnson Beach for the week and it was lovely! We brought kayaks and paddle boards and could utilize the community dock and beach to access the water from there which was easier than going over the backyard rocks. The access point is just one house away! Great communication. Would rent again in a second! Thank you!

We are a family of 4 who have lived in Pensacola almost all of our lives, particularly the Perdido Key area where our home is located.

Why they chose this property

Upon building and completing our dream home in 2021, life took us elsewhere and we had to move away. After putting so much time, effort, and thought into making this a build a home, we knew we didn't want to give it up, but rather allow others to enjoy this beautiful spot on the water.

What makes this property unique

On any given Tuesday or Wednesday morning during March-November you can enjoy a Blue Angels practice show without having to fight the traffic to get on base; or catch the team giving their hometown a beach flyover upon their return Sunday evenings. Have kids? The water access offers tons of opportunities to fish, find hermit crabs, feed the seagulls, swim, build sandcastles and so much more. The sugary white sand beach in your own backyard allows you to kick back with family or friends, yet not having to find a parking spot at the beach or lugging all of your chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc to and from the car! A boater can easily launch their boat just down the road at Big Lagoon and pickup crew mates from the community dock just 100 yards or less over. This home offers endless joy to be had both inside and out.
