Had my wedding at the District near by and was an incredible space for the groomsmen to get ready and stay! Super friendly hosts! The space was overall a 12/10!
We were blown away from the moment we walked in the door! Such a great space for our little getaway! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Easy checkin & checkout process, no over the top cleaning requests.
We will for sure be staying here again.
The Richmond Loft was even better then anticipated. Clean, fully stocked with essentials, and the decor was neutral and appealing. Our stay was so pleasant. Will definitely be booking again. It’s a gem!
I was unfamiliar with the area when booking but what a happy surprise! Not only is this loft apartment updated it had so much to do in the area within walking distance. My wife and I loved the shops and enjoyed the restaurants that were located on the same block! We highly suggest the Italian restaurant across the street! We also took advantage of being so close to Lake Geneva and spending a day there. If the opportunity arises we will definitely look into booking this again and I suggest anyone staying in the area to look into 267 Richmond! We loved it!
My family and I stayed at the loft for my brother's wedding, which took place at the District in downtown Richmond. I booked the loft for it's convenience--it's a mere 250 feet from the District--but was pleasantly surprised at how gorgeous the space was. The loft was incredibly spacious, clean, and very modern/recently updated. It had everything we could possibly need, including a brand new washer/dryer.
The reserved parking was great as street parking was sparse when the local businesses were open. We walked over to the Richmond Cafe every morning for coffee/breakfast (it's incredible, don't miss it!). We also browsed the local shops and bought a few things from Wicked Woods & Goods, the store below the loft.
Overall, the location could not have been better, the local restaurants/shops were delightful, and the space was beautiful. Highly recommend.
