Before you read the description of this condo, here is a list of reasons why you should seriously consider booking this unit:

1) The view from this unit is breathtaking not to mention that you can see it without stepping out of the unit. You can see it while you are in the remodeled kitchen or in the living room.

2) Our photos are reflective of the condos condition

3) One of Maui's best beaches (Charley Young/ Kamaole 1 beach) is just across the street. Our unit is located in building 1 which is closest to the beach but this unit does not face South Kihei Rd.

4)We have a local management company (Maui condo and home.) To take care of our guest needs or emergencies.

5) We have beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie board, cooler for your day on the beach. We also have tennis rackets for you to use.

6) We respond quickly to inquiries and are very easy to deal with.

7) Bedroom has a new bedroom set, very comfortable bed with 4 inch isotoner memory foam topper, ceiling fan and mirrored closet doors.

8) Kitchen was remodeled with new cabinets and granite counter tops and the living room has a 47 inch LCD TV.

9) Free wireless internet and free long distance to Canada and United states!!!!

10) Overall a GREAT value for the view and amenities we offer in the condo!!!!!.

Condos in Maui Vista are not the same. This remodeled condo's ocean and mountain views can be enjoyed without having to walk out to the lanai. It is also just steps away from the Charley Young beach across the street. The condo has a 47 inch LCD TV and DVD player. We very recently remodeled this condo and the appliances and bedroom furniture are brand new.
The condo has A/C in the living room and ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms.

The condo is located on the 4th floor in the most popular building #1, steps to the beach!! Being on the 4th floor, it has breathtaking ocean and mountain views as well.

Walking distance to many shops and restaurant.

Great location, simple & clean environment

Had a great time staying here with two other girlfriends for 7 days. Communication was easy and fast. Thank you for such a great place and ease of checking out/in. Liked not having a key to remember to bring with us. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Two bathrooms were great for the three of us. We had rented a car but the beach was so close you really didn't need one if you stayed local your entire trip. Thanks again

Great location

Clean, great location, updated kitchen and bathroom. The owners need to come and eliminate broken and unnecessary items. The closet had way too many linings and no place to hang clothes. The bedroom needs an overhead light- I used my phone’s flashlight to locate items!

Good Value

Good value property that provides everything you need and more. The property features, ample parking, multiple pools, elevators to reach upper levels, good variety of TV channels, good views from front room and balcony. What’s missing or could make it better. TV’s in Master bedroom and possibly upstairs. Layout map of property, we went to the wrong pool the first couple times wondering why our key wouldn’t work, other guest let us in. After a couple days we went to security and advised them of our inoperative pool key only to find out we had a much closer pool that our key did fit. I guess as a final comment I would say we would stay again.

I wouldn’t stay here

I have stayed in many VRBOs and this one was by far the worst. Upon check in we got into the condo and it was filthy. Dirty on the base board and the walls. I swept the kitchen and there were chips and popcorn from the previous guest. Towels were supposed to be clean were full of green crusty gunk. I ended up spending my first afternoon and evening in Maui was towels and cleaning the condo. The kitchen faucet was about to fall off so we had to call the property management company to fix it. Then there cockroaches so we had to call them again. They came 2 days later and set traps and they day before we were going to leave they called and offered to send a cleaning person to clean our room. After we were already there for 5 days. The Maui Vista is a nice complex and we had family stay in a different Condo so we hung out there most of our trip. I would not stay here again. I would definitely book a different condo in the Maui Vista complex. I did communicate with the own about our cleaning fee. I was told they were working on it but 2 weeks later and I still haven’t heard anything.

Our 3rd time there

Could use some updated furniture, as nothing has changed since our stay in 2018. Unsure if the issues with cleanliness is time to clean ( as I understand sometimes people leave a complete mess for the cleaning staff who only have 4 hours max to clean the property till the next person comes in). Otherwise, the location and amenities were all there, and location is always the best!

Good location! For price really good.

Great location! Lots of restuarants and shops in walking distance. For the price it was good. View was nice. Could use some attention to details like broken umbrella and chair put back into a closet without being thrown out by cleaners or maintenance. Twin bed frame up stairs needs an addjustment. Bathroom vents dirty. Downstairs bedroom was warm but upstairs just fine. Green chairs could use a steam clean in main room. If you sleep upstairs you might want an eyemask as security lights are bright outside window.

Great Location!

Property poorly maintained but mgmt company took care of major issues. Had maintenance workers in and out of the unit for the first 6 days of our stay. Were there for a month. Didnt they know we were coming? Poorly equipped. Had to purchase glasses, kitchen towels, bath towels, beach towels, pillows, bed linnens and throw rugs. Just left them there so yall enjoy. No a/c in master and ceiling fan didn't work. Didnt bother trying to get it fixed cause we were sick of people in the unit. Great location. Stayed at same complex last year but different unit. Pretty disappointed with condition. Roaches. Won"t stay here again.

A/C unit at living room does NOT cool the entire condo. No A/C Upper/lower bedrooms SUPER HOT!!! Lower bedroom was EXTREMELY hot and ceiling fan inoperable. Stove top did NOT turn off. Location is perfect lots to do in the area…

great spot with all you need

we enjoyed staying here. it was great for two couples, however the beds upstairs are two twins that needed to be moved together. it is within easy walking distance to the beach and many other restaurants and shops. driving from here to anywhere on the island was easy. the parking was there, but could be a challenge sometimes. the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed (accept a coffee grinder). loved the view from the balcony over the town and the distant mountains and sea. we never used the pool or the bbq grills, but they are there for your use. we would easily cone back here to stay next time we come to maui!!
