My property management company will have rental terms you must agree to before the reservation is finalized, which includes new Las Vegas “anti-party house” and non-disclosure regulations for our neighborhood.

This home is shared with an office on the bottom level, there is privacy between the home and the office with full private areas for each and private entrances for the office and private entrance for the house. PLEASE BE respectful during working hours. 9am-5pm Mon-Fri.

Because of current laws sound levels are monitored.
Sound levels must be maintained at conversation level as Las Vegas will fine YOU $1000. Music must be kept within conversation levels. There are sound level sensors in and around the home to alert you and us if it gets louder than the legal limit to prevent upsetting the neighbors.

The plumbing is given to you in good working condition. Plumbing stoppages will be your responsibility. Please be careful to not throw anything inside toilets.

No parking in neighbors driveways. Neighbors will have cars towed.
Please treat with respect.

Animals are allowed as long as they are picked up after. daily fee per pet.

SMOKING ONLY OUTSIDE OF HOUSE.

Events are allow from 6 pm to midnight inside the property.

As a guest, you and your group are hereby placed on notice that you are assuming the risks reasonably associated with the normal use of this home, and you agree to accept such risks and hold harmless the owners and employees from any and all claims which may arise from the reasonable use of the home by you or members of your party.

Furthermore, to the extent that you or those in your party use or abuse the property in an irresponsible manner, you agree that you will be liable for any damage caused to the property and/or other guests as a result of those actions. You are responsible for your personal property.

Pool and Spa used at own risk. All children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult in yard and pool.
