Central Ninth is emerging as one of the City’s most exciting neighborhoods with many new cafes, restaurants and brew pubs and a rapidly growing housing stock. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place.
This recently completed building offers a sunlight filled 1- and 2-bedroom unit accessed via the lobby and building elevator.  The unit features a modernist esthetic with a full complement of stainless-steel appliances, granite and wood counter tops, and plenty of cook and dinnerware for a home cooked meal.   Countertop appliances include coffee grinder, coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom has a floating vanity and a shower over a tub. The separate LR-BR features a full sofa bed. The other BR includes a twin over a full bunk.  Each bedroom has a desk and wardrobe suitable for clothing and luggage storage.  Lighting has been thoughtfully designed to provide plenty of sparkle and romance.

The 900 S TRAX Station provides excellent carless access to downtown, a mile to the north, and to the University of Utah and its regional medical center. Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird, Alta and Park City resorts are 30-40 minutes by car via the North Temple on ramp to I 15S and I 80E. Local establishments include, Laziz Kitchen (Mediterranean), Scion Cider Bar, Blue Copper Coffee, Water Witch (Wine Bar), Snowmobile Pizza, Vertical Diner (Vegan), The Big O Doughnuts, Juanita (Salvadoran), Tacos Garay, Dough Miner (Bakery), Templin Family Brewing and Kaiser’s Barbecue. 5-minute walk to Target and Starbucks, a short drive or uber ride to Walmart and Costco.

convention convenience

I booked this hoping for a convenient and comfortable place close to the convention center as I was meeting my sister in town for 5 days at a convention! It was!! The place is functional (if you’re not trying to gather there, better for sleeping!) Very convenient for either a walk (1 mile) or drive to the convention center. Nearby stores were convenient. The only issues we had were minimal and rectified, we didn’t have all of the codes to enter the unit but residents helped us, there were no hangers in the closets so we purchased some, and we didn’t have reading glasses to get the password/wifi login but the manager was quick to reply and make sure we had the info.
