The well-equipped kitchen boasts a suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming granite countertops, and a coffee bar. Whip up something tasty for the one you love and share it at the scenic dining table, or alfresco on the spacious waterfront balcony.
Both of the bedrooms are bright, airy, and welcoming. Sink into absolute comfort thanks to the condo's central air-conditioning. When you want to bask in the warm Florida sun, head outside and dip into the plethora of shared resort pools, or the hot tub, all situated in front of the ocean.
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we are undergoing a significant construction project from September 24, 2024, to March 1, 2025. We want to ensure you are fully informed about the construction phases and how they may impact your stay.
Phase 1: Initial Construction Period
• Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024
• Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, and 1615 will be completely inaccessible and have an obstructed view.
• Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.
Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact
• Dates: November 25, 2024, to February 25, 2025
• Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817 which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views.

• Tentative Schedules: All mentioned dates AND units are tentative and subject to change based on weather conditions and homeowner association decisions.
Things to Know
Please Be Advised: The property will have construction occurring between September 24, 2024, to March 1, 2025. Throughout that time frame, some condo balconies may be affected.
Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
Shores of Panama Resort charges a flat fee of $85 at check-in. This one-time charge will provide your party with pool wristbands and one parking pass. The fee is subject to change as it is set by the on-site HOA.
This condo has a designated parking space on the 10th floor of the garage.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 14.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
