Located in the Steamboat base area, it's just minutes from world-class skiing, hiking & biking and still less than 3 miles from quaint downtown Steamboat Springs. Spend your day outdoors but come back to the convenience of hot tubs, heated pool (summer), high speed WIFI, wireless stereo, washer/dryer, and one-car heated garage.

The open floor plan on the main level allows for great conversation across the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Enjoy an evening on the balcony or stay indoors and snuggle by the warm fire. The large living room has gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, vaulted ceilings and an outdoor deck framing the beautiful Yampa Valley! The kitchen is well equipped with lots of counter space, a "community cupboard" where the owners and renters share spices and condiments, as well as counter seating for 4 at the bar.

Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, flatscreen TV, attached bathroom with double vanity, jacuzzi, and walk-in shower. The loft work-area has a desk and printer. Check out the sharing library and a huge selection of board and card games. Downstairs, the second bedroom features a queen bed, flatscreen TV, and attached bathroom. The third bedroom features a twin over double bunk bed, flatscreen TV, and a dedicated bathroom across the hall. The heated garage has plenty of room to store skis and snowboards in the winter or bikes and golf clubs in the summer.

Relax those sore muscles after a long day on the mountain in the spa located steps from your front door or start your morning during the summer months with laps in the pool. The Moraine has a seasonally heated swimming pool with a stellar view of the valley, open from the end of May to the end of October. The two large hot tubs are open year-round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m, with heated changing rooms.

To get to the slopes you can pull the car out of the heated garage and drop the skiers off in just 2 minutes. Or the city bus picks you up at the entrance to the townhomes which is a 2-minute walk. You can walk to the base of the mountain in about 10 minutes.
