Upon entering, you will be immediately transported into relaxation mode. Floor to ceiling glass sliders offer amazing beach views and of the emerald green Gulf waters beyond.
The open concept floor plan allows for your entire group to be together while lounging, watching a movie on the 65" TV, dining, cooking or playing a board game. The large glass tiled kitchen has quartz countertops, SS appliances and is very well equipped for everything from snack making to creating gourmet meals.
The 35' balcony runs the entire length of the unit, affording plenty of room for gazing at the Gulf or for sunbathing.

The spacious en suite primary bedroom is king sized and also has floor to ceiling sliders opening onto the Gulf front balcony. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep or greet you as you rise. The primary bath features a quartz countertop with double sinks and large walk-in tiled shower.
On the other side of the condo is the second king sized bedroom with another en suite bath featuring a tub/shower combo. Across the hall is the third bedroom with a king bed and a set of bunk beds, sleeping 4 comfortably. The third full bath has a walk-in shower combo and is accessible from this bedroom as well as from the hallway.
The sleeper sofa in the great room offers sleeping for 2 more. There is also a pack 'n play

Blu Marlin is located in the low density Regency Resort with the largest Gulf front pool on the island (heated in March), community grills, free wifi, workout room and plenty of parking. The 4 bar/restaurants on Navarre Beach are within walking distance, as is the longest pier on the Gulf of Mexico and the Marine Science Station where you can learn about turtles and other sealife.
