New luxury country house, near St Augustine & World golf Village.

The perfect vacation rental, where you can have your whole family under one roof. This family in mind vacation rental have the convenience of two houses in the property, so you will have the liberty of picking different sleeping arrangements for your family. The property is surrounded by 2 acres of nature, giving you the sense of country, yet close to the beautiful city of St. Augustine.

Villa Leo is 15 minutes away from St. Augustine city, 5 minutes away from world golf village, and 5 minutes away from St. Augustine outlets. If you decide to have dinner outside, there is plenty of mouth-watering restaurants within minutes, and tourist attractions as well. If you cannot pull yourself away from the comfort of Villa leo, you have an spectacular and spacious kitchen, in which you can become your family’s chef. Whatever your evening demands, Villa Leo can accommodate and facilitate the best time for you and your family.

Villa Leo was constructed with families in mind, we encourage you to bring any member of your family to enjoy the various activities that the house offers. These include a refreshing pool to cool off during hot days, or a warming pool during “winter” months. Also outdoor activities in the volleyball court, basketball hoop, outdoor grill, outdoor dining, fire pit, and for those rainy days, cozy living rooms, and plenty of rooms to cuddle up and rest.

This magnificent property can comfortably accommodate 18 adults between the main house and the pool house. The 7 bedrooms include all new bedding and high quality linens. The private heated pool is enclosed with a screen for privacy and sun protection, and surrounded by a patio, connecting the two houses and eventually a passage for a great weekend.

There is no need to worry about parking since Villa Leo can take approximately 8 cars, depending the size, or even ample room for your RV and/or boat. Your car will be parked inside the property with the protection of a gated driveway, and fence all around the property.

Please note the following:

-DO NOT FLUSH ANY WIPES
-Please use outside shower to remove al dirt before entering the pool.
-Do not smoke, this is a non smoking property.
-No pets are allowed, a fine of $300 per night will be charged.
-For your protection, we have cameras outside the house.
-Check in is at 4pm and check out at 11am, controlled by access codes.
-No parties or events allowed.

Great place for the whole family.

Our family loved the property. It accommodated our party of 14 without feeling cramp. Everyone had their own space. The pool and grounds were awesome. The kids really enjoyed everything the property had to offer. The location is close to restaurants and stores to supply the house for our needs for the week. Also, just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches. Overall the accommodations were amazing and had everything needed for our family stay to feel like we were at home.

Golf Trip

What an amazing house. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. The pictures don’t do it justice. 8 of us were in St. Augustine on a golf trip and we picked this house because it is ideally located around some amazing golf courses, including TPC Sawgrass. This place has another detached house with 2 bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, small kitchen and laundry room. The house had enough bedrooms to fit all of us comfortably. The outdoor patio and grill areal was ideal for cooking up some food, having some drinks and reminiscing about our rounds. The pool was ideal to cool off and the fire pit was another great area to hang out. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials required for dining in. There is a Publix and Costco within a 10 minute drive. I would highly recommend this place for a golf trip or even a family trip to St. Augustine/Jacksonville.

Wonderful property

Stayed with family for a short weekend vacation for Memorial Day! Location was great! Felt very safe and secure!! Lots of space for everyone!! Adults and kids both had a great time! Hard to leave … the home and outside space is fantastic! Not one single thing I would change! The only thing you need to bring is your food and drinks!!

Great property with lots of room

We loved it here. We stayed two extended families together here for a wedding in St. Augustine and loved it. Very close to stores (Publix/walgreens) and not too far from restaurants/shops. We had kids aged 5, 3, 1 and a baby with us.

Golf trip

The house was better than pictures. I have rented 35 plus VRBO properties. This was the best equipped property I have been in, also very clean. Had a couple small issues , gas grill empty but was resolved in 24 hours. Highly recommend this property

It is two great houses in one

Eight guys on an annual golf trip each had their own room. Very nice place, with lots of room to relax and enjoy hanging with folks. Never had to drive more than 15 minutes to play golf. Great place, highly recommend.

Family holiday

Had been traveling to Orlando and further South past 6 years. Tried St. Augustine this year and World Golf Village. Property is perfect location for 6-8 guys with plant of space to relax and chill by the pool, or gather and hang out in back grill area. Lived it.

Great location!

This property is in a great location to historic St. Augustine! It easily accommodated 17 people. The pool was great for the kids! Only “negative” is that there was no hot tub as stated in property description.

The Best Christmas Family Vacation!

We rented this home for a destination family Christmas and it was perfect! The host was very attentive and the home was immaculate and fully stocked both in the main home and guest home with all the pots and pans we needed to cook for Christmas Eve & Christmas dinner. They even put up Christmas decorations for us making it feel even more like home. The heated pool was amazing and the kids went in it every day we were there. We also really enjoyed spending time by the fire in the evenings and grilled out by the private pavilion area on property as well. This home is also conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping as well. My family and I had the best time and are already talking about coming back here. Thank you so much for having us it was a Christmas we will never forget!

Father Son Golf Trip

We were very impressed with this property. It was very clean and very nicely appointed. Plenty of beds to accommodate our 12 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary equipment to cook for a large group. Great dining area for us to share a meal, and play cards. The outdoor space and pool are beautiful. The pool house with two bedrooms is an added bonus for those in your group who snore or would like some privacy. The location is ideal as it is 15 minutes from World golf Hall of Fame golf courses. It is also very close to shopping and restaurants. Great property, with very accommodating owners. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent property for our family Thanksgiving Celebration.

This property is perfect for a family gathering. Our family met here to celebrate Thanksgiving together. The 8 bedrooms that were spread out between the main house and the pool house fit our family perfectly. The house has plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone, the kitchen is well equipped, the pool provided a wonderful relaxing space for everyone, and we had everything we needed during our stay. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and we would love to come back here again next year. We highly recommend this property for your next family get together.

Will Stay Again!

No need for a long description of this property and our stay here. Every little thing was perfect! The property is exactly as it's represented on VRBO. It's an immaculate house and it has everything you need or could want in the kitchen. The grounds are amazing and my family had so much fun playing volleyball and hanging out by the fire pit and bbqing. Don't miss out on this prime location near shopping and the interstate.

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful property inside and out. We didn’t have any major issues….its just what we are use too. We couldn’t flush tissue because of septic tank, we worked around it but with women that’s what we prefer. We cooked on grill and raccoon (didn’t like that) came to dinner. We would like to use property again next year same time!!!

Beautiful country house

This property is amazing!! Everything is as advertised. Very clean and location is perfect within 10 minutes of WGV and shopping. Furniture and appliances are all modern and new. Swimming pool is great. everything you would need and expect was provided by the owner. I would highly recommend this property.

Family weekend

The property had the exact amount of rooms and king size beds we needed for our family weekend. The house and pool house are amazing; very clean and only a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine. We did sight seeing one day and then enjoyied.the pool and outdoor space at the house. We loved avery minute of it! Beautiful spacious place.
