This stylishly furnished villa is spacious, light-filled, and cheerful, with gorgeous fairway and mountain views. Located within the iconic gated community of Marrakesh Country Club, known for John Elgin Woolf’s Hollywood Regency design. Spacious living, dining and kitchen areas, along with 2 bedrooms and 3 baths accommodates up to 6 people.
PATIO: The barbeque and outdoor dining area are located on the back patio alongside the golf course.
SLEEPING AREAS: Primary suite = king bed, Guest suite = 2 queen beds, Office/Media room = sleeper sofa
ELECTRONICS: There are 4 flat screen TVs (living room, primary suite, guest suite and media/guest room).
BICYCLES: there are two Como electric bikes in the garage available for cruising around the neighborhood or venturing out.
GOLF CART: golf cart available for use.
POOLS: One of the 14 community pools / spas is just across the way from the villa.
SECURITY: Marrakesh Country Club is a private, guard gated community.
COUNTRY CLUB: Marrakesh Country Club boasts an array of golf, tennis, pickleball, social events, dining and recreational amenities. Social and/or golf memberships are available for purchase during your stay through the membership office.

Thanks for stopping by with interest. I'm, Suzan, co-host of this beautiful Marrakesh property, a Seattle native who relocated to the Coachella Valley almost 10 years ago. I'm an avid area hiker. Recently I've taken up snowshoeing (a short distance to snow via the PS Aerial Tramway - photo was taken at the top of Mt. San Jacinto in December), and later this season I have plans for my first backpacking trips and some long overdue pickleball lessons. My profession is helping people with home sales and purchases in the Coachella Valley.

Why they chose this property

The south Palm Desert location is fantastic, so close to fine dining, shopping, entertainment, hiking trails, and the Living Desert. Within the gates the design and feel of Marrakesh is magical. There is a caretaker to assist with any issues and I live just 10 minutes away if a need arises. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
