Entire apartment with 1 Full size beds and 1 Full size futon, Sleeps 2 people. Lots of things to do in the Aurora and Chicago area. This is decorated for you to feel like you are in a downtown studio WITHOUT all the noise and traffic. Parking for 1 vehicle is included with the unit and FREE Wifi and Hulu. Ruko tv so you can log into other networks with your account. Enjoy Chicago style without all the Chicago Prices!

Our Studio sleeps up to 2 people (Full Beds (1 people in each and 1 on full-size Futon) NO more than 2 are allowed in this apartment. No more than 1 pet is allowed in this apartment because of its size.

Pet friendly. Dogs have to be housebroken to go outside, not allowed on furniture and crated when you leave alone, and cats must be declawed). Service animals are free but need to be approved before booking. Dogs under 50lbs only! 1 PET MAX

Lock to the front door is keyless, it will need a code to get in. Code will be active at check in not before.

Share coined laundry machines downstairs in the laundry room. You supply soap if needed.

Pet rules:
Dogs must be housebroken (not pee pee pads)
1 dog max under 50lbs each
Pets must stay off furniture and beds
Pets must be crated when left alone in our home
Cost is 50.00 per pet ( you will be sent a request for dog fee)
No pet bathes in our place
Cats: Sorry owner has allergies so cats not are allowed!!! Any other pets types must be approved before check in.
