This 950 sqft 1 bed offers a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a pull out queen Sofa & 1.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and WIFI

Please add your party size accordingly and request for a sleeping arrangements when there is more than 2 people. Keep in mind the living room sofa is not a pull-out so the maximum capacity is 3 people total in the unit.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

We collect a refundable deposit of $250 at check-in for incidentals after your reservation is confirmed. You will receive your refundable deposit back in 5 business days after the check-out unless there is damage in the unit. Security deposit would be collected at check-in by our team members and we only accept credit cards as a payment method at check-in.

PARKING

The unit does not come with a free parking but there's a paid valet parking option in the hotel or there are many nearby paid garage options. The closest garage entrance of the parking is located on Collins Avenue and 20th Street.
