This Property is Pet Friendly!
-You must notify Jeff and Gina Properties in advance if you will be bringing a dog and include the Pet Fee in your reservation. Please also include breed and weight.
-Up to 2 dogs (a total of 75 pounds or less) are allowed but dogs are not allowed on the beach.
-Pet fee is a minimum of $150/dog for $150/dog per week or $300/dog per month, whichever is less
-This condo has a dog crate for guests' use.
-Dog-Friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park.
-Puppies under 9 months are not allowed.

Indian Shores is a quaint beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets. Its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, fabulous seafood, and tropical wildlife. Best beach house we’ve stayed in

After a lot lot of researching properties on VRBO, I came across this one from Jeff and Gina properties. It looked first class from all the photos and when we arrived, we were really blown away about how nice the property was. Usually when you go to the vacation home There’s usually one or two pots and pans couple pieces of silverware few glasses but this place was stocked with appliance and all the Cookware you could think of. They even had a crockpot. The view was incredible. There’s a lot of great restaurants surrounding the place, but our favorite was the salt rock restaurant that was a must go if you’re in town. Communication with Jeff and Gina was flawless. They respond to emails right away. The only criticism that I have is that I can probably not take my parents back who are both close to 80 and have bad knees as you have to walk two flights of stairs to get to the top floor. There is an elevator, but I’m not sure if it worked or not. They even provide beach towels, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. We will definitely be staying with them again whether this location or one of their other property rentals highly recommend company rental properties. You won’t be disappointed.

Had a great time getting away at this truly fabulous condo! The view from the balcony cannot be beat and the walk through the dunes to the beach was shorter than I thought it would be. It was a perfectly relaxing getaway!

Cozy Condo

This property was very beautiful, very cozy, and an amazing location for anyone looking for a more private beach experience. Only complaints of the property would be the top patio overlooking the beach does not have a sturdy railing whatsoever, definitely be cautious with how many people you have on the patio and dont lean on the railing at all. The condo itself was just perfect, but there was an odor in the smallest bedroom that appeared to be from humidity or something. Elevator had issues just being used for our luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

We had an amazing time at Pipers Run 8. Such a beautiful apartment, even more impressing than the pictures. You could see the attention to detail in every room! The view at the beach and the incredible sunsets were just amazing. We felt like home from the very first minute. The condo offered everything we needed. Also the kitchen is great equipped and perfect for cooking sessions. Plenty of plates, glasses, good knives and extras. We stayed here in October/November and the beach was quite empty almost like a private beach, except for the sea-animals like dolphins that dropped by almost every day! We also appreciated the great communication with Jeff, Gina and their team! All in all a wonderful stay and we hope to return soon!! Greetings from Germany!

When we arrived the door did not have a electronic door lock, like we were led to believe per the check in instructions. There was a lock box for the key which was open and just hanging there, anyone could have walked up and taken the key. NOT GOOD When I tried to enter the supply room down stairs where all the toys are and the elevator are, I could barely get the door open it took 15 mins. to organize it so I could use the elevator to take our things up to the unit. NOT GOOD When we entered we saw the ceiling above the balcony door which the paint was peeling off. When we walked out on the balcony we felt the railing was loose, which made it for a unsafe for my 10 and 3 year granddaughters to be out there alone. NOT GOOD Come bed time we turn down the covers for the bed in the Master bedroom up Stairs and the pillow were stained with black marks. NOT GOOD My wife was Pissed! The next morning My son and his family showed me the same problem in there bed room. My wife talked to the cleaning crew that morning and they said it was not dirty but stained from the dryer and the owners knew about it. NOT GOOD My question is why weren't they replaced? The master room upstairs also had paint peeling from the ceiling. NOT GOOD After running the dish washer the next morning, the dishes were not clean or dry and they were prerinsed before loading. My wife had to rewash them by hand. NOT GOOD Needless to say we were not happy with the cost verses the condition of the unit. Not Happy

Best place for sunset!

What a beautiful property with the best sunset views! Relaxing, easy to chill and beach is awesome. Had a turtle nest right outside and two hatched while there! Also water perfect for snorkeling for sand dollars at low tide! Can't wait to come back!

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was nicely done, clean, and roomy. I’ve stayed at a lot of condos and this was one of my faves! The kitchen was was well stocked, they even had spices! They also provided plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The beach was so close and easy to access; just walk down the stairs and through the path and you are on the beach. One of the best things about this condo was the ground floor storage closet. It had beach chairs, floats, boogie boards, buckets, nets, a beach umbrella, and even bikes! The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The sunsets from the condo balcony were so beautiful! I would definitely stay here again!

Well equipped unit, RIGHT on the beach

I splurged for a short birthday celebration and this unit delivered. The location is fantastic, right on the beach with a wonderful view from the balcony. Every design detail was fun and interesting, that really made the stay special. It is well equipped with everything you could need, an elevator to bring the luggage up and VERY comfortable beds and linens. Only word of caution is the loft master bedroom gets warm, but the ceiling fan and the extra box fan did the trick for our short stay. We didn't have any issues, but as often as the management communicated with information, I was confident they would have been on top of any question or concern. I would definitely return.

We had a great time staying here! The property was well stocked with everything fun for the beach, kitchen, pretty much everything! We loved the balcony looking at the beach and the ability to just walk out the door to the shore. We felt safe and really enjoyed our stay!

Great Highly Updated Place

Gina and Jeff did a great job remodeling and updating this property. They’ve tried to think of everything. There are wonderful TVs with access to streaming service like Netflix, Prime, and Disney+ In each room, there are USB chargers in every room, and the decor is fantastic. The place is very clean, and the view is spectacular. They even have specialty toilets and what feels like new towels in every bathroom. We are giving the property a five star review. That said, there are a few little nits that could be better. The upstairs master suite needs an in-window air conditioner, the upstairs shower needs a drip edge on the door because the threshold drains on the floor. The tub handheld is broken. They were replacing the refrigerator as we left but the dishwasher probably needed it more. They’re just finishing the remodel so my guess is this is on the punchlist, but the ceiling in places needs patching and we would highly recommend a screen for the kitchen sink if there will continue to be no disposal. Lastly, a check out time of 10 AM with a check in time at 4 PM is an excessive 5 hours turnaround. 11 or noon would be more Standard with a 4 PM check in time. Again, these are really minor and didn’t affect the quality of our stay. Just meant as feedback for the owners who really gave done an outstanding job with this place.
