We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Situated in San Diego's picturesque Pacific Beach, this home is the perfect place to enjoy all your favorite beach activities. Get ready for a classic boardwalk experience; over five miles of waterfront promenade will allow you uncover unique shops and restaurants while taking in Belmont Park – an amusement park with historic rides like 1925's Giant Dipper Roller Coaster as well as other attractions such rock-climbing walls and bumper cars. Plus, Pacific Beach provides easy access to Sea World (just minutes away), The San Diego Zoo & Balboa Park (15-20 mins.), SAN airport, downtown - making it the ideal spot for exploring bustling city life!

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Amazing Property

My wife and I brought the whole family down for a vacation. There are 12 of us and 4 are under the age of 4 years old. This property is amazing and was more than perfect for our needs. It was spacious, clean and the most well maintained VRBO we have ever rented. The property management was fantastic, extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions I may have had. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Property was spacious for our family of 9. Well stocked with paper goods & appreciated the basic left spices from others. Grocery store so close if needed. Beach just a 5 minute stroll. Garage parking excellent. Clean property. Downsides not a big deal but our feedback was baths were stocked only with one wash cloth & hand towel per person which creates washing (upside washer/dryer in-house) Garbage came on the 4th day of our 6th day stay, that was garbage from previous renters. Overall We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing house!

This property was everything it advertised. It was perfect for our large family. The location was excellent-close to the beach, restaurants, stores and bars. The house was very clean and set up with plenty of towels, bedding and basic supplies. We especially loved the multiple outdoor decks and patios. Thank you for a WONDERFUL time!

This was our best rental ever! Clean! Perfect location! Stocked with everything for the beach! Comfortable beds! Great communication with the property manager! We have nothing but 5star reviews for this home. Perfect for our family. Not one single complaint. We will definitely stay here again.

Family Special Birthday Reunion/Celebration

The location was really fantastic. It had all the extras we wanted for the beach, cooking, etc. The only thing it lacked was closet space on the top floor. Otherwise, and great property!

Best place to stay in San Diego

This home was perfect for our needs. It was spacious but still extremely cozy. The place was spotless and beautiful. Everything we needed was provided for. The area felt safe and was so conveniently located near the beach, grocery, cafes, bars and restaurants. The garage fit our 2 cars. We highly recommend this home.

Amazing Home!!

This property was beautiful and exactly what we hoped for! It is right near a grocery store and a very short walk to the beach. Home is clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Garage easily fit our two cars. Am already planning on coming back soon!

Description well accurate. Convenient store and bars at proximity and beach as well. Unfortunate experience by the surrounding neighborhood area but community manager prompt reply and act. Personal experience for family with young ages not recommended.

What an amazing beach house

This is an exceptionally appointed beach home right in the heart of Pacific Beach. You can walk to everything- coffee shops, restaurants, the beach, catamaran hotel! My family will be back.

Best vacation home we have stayed at in years

We were overly impressed how clean the house was and how well stocked everything was. We have been going to San Diego for over 10 years and this was by far the best house we have stayed in. The communication with the property manager was quick. My daughter had roller skates delivered the first day and the cleaning people picked them up before we arrived. They returned them within an hour of arriving. Having 3 levels was perfect for children ranging from 9-26 with varying rest schedules. Thank you for the amazing week.

Great vacation spot

Property met our needs very well, claen, well stocked, 1/2 block from groceries, close to the beach. Had a lot of anxiousness due to a temporary wheelchair situation, Christy was so helpful and responsive. Turns out neither entrance is wheelchair accessible! But once you make it inside, the floor plan works well. We had a great time and would come again.

Beautiful beach house

Things to address

The fireplace on the roof didn’t work. Also, the sliding doors in the first floor bathroom are terribly noisy. There was no shampoo in the showers. There was something in each bottle but definitely not as labeled.

The place was amazing. Patio rooftop, indoor/outdoor living room, 3 minute walk from the beach. Couldn’t have been a better location. Also right next to the grocery store. Would stay here again 100%.

Fabulous!! Perfect spot!

We stayed here for a girls trip and it was such a great setup. Not only was the proximity to everything (bars, restaurants, beach, activities) perfect and a literal stone’s throw, the house itself is SO nice. Everything was incredibly clean, brand new, spacious and worked well. We enjoyed having the rooftop and other outdoor spaces. Plus the indoor/outdoor livingroom concept was great too. Beds were super comfy. Only very minor things that could use improvement: shower pressure was pretty low, but we never ran out of hot water so that was great. There weren’t any shot glasses, plastic wrap, and Tupperware was very few and far between but we bought all of these and left for the next person. Couldn’t get the rooftop fireplace to turn on even following instructions, but it wasn’t cold so it was all good. Would definitely recommend staying here and we’ll be back! Thank you!!

A wonderful house for entertaining. Plenty of space for multiple families, we enjoyed everyone having their own room with such a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Extra amenities (beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, laundry soap) were a nice touch. Can’t wait to stay here again!
