Coastal View, Top of the Gulf 316 is beachfront in beautiful Panama City Beach, FL! This coastal casual 3rd floor beach view studio comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with two queen sized beach view beds. Enjoy beach views from the windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a few steps from "Coastal View" so pack the sunscreen and we'll see you at the BEACH!
*Please note condos at Top Of The Gulf do not have private balconies but there are common area decks throughout the resort.
A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
As soon as you step inside the front door of "Seagull" Top Of The Gulf 316 your greeted by warm sunshine and gorgeous beach views. You can relax and kick back on the teal upholstered sofa or curl up on the two queen sized beds. You'll feel right at home in this casual, coastal inspired condo. Enjoy your favorite TV channels on the man-sized TV or stretch out with a 'beach novel from our collection. Wireless internet is included in your unit at no additional charge. You'll be surfin' by the surf! Grab the binoculars and keep an eye out for fascinating marine life!
The coastal casual dining area offers seating for 2.
The ocean view kitchen is well equipped so you can cook anything from microwave popcorn to a gourmet meal. A drip coffee maker is provided for your stay.
The queen sized sofa sleeper and two queen sized beds allow you to fall asleep and wake up to the gentle sounds of the ocean.
The bathroom has a combo tub and shower with single vanity.
Parking Notes: A resort fee is charged by the HOA and due upon arrival. This resort fee includes a parking pass for one vehicle and up to four armbands. Parking is limited during peak times, only 1 vehicle allowed per stay.
Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed per the Association Rules. No smoking or vaping inside condo.
