Welcome to the Kahuna Tuna! This cute home was recently renovated. The home is a duplex on a half-acre lot surrounded by lots of mature oak trees and sand. The home offers some beautiful, serene mornings and evenings. It is outside of city limits giving it a “out in the country” feel.
We are conveniently located near downtown Rockport, the beach, shops, restaurants, as well as public boat ramps and piers. The closest public boat ramp and pier is only 5 minutes away!
The Kahuna Tuna is the front unit featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchen and living area. The master bedroom is quite spacious and has 2 queen size beds, ceiling fan, nightstand and lamp. The secondary bedroom has 2 full-size bunk beds, ceiling fan, nightstand and lamp. The unit can house up to 8 guests.
The home has central AC/Heat and ceiling fans. The kitchen has cooking basics including pots, pans, oven, fridge, electric stove, coffee maker, among other things. The living room has a couch and a loveseat. Free Wi-Fi and a smart TV are available.
You will love it here! Many trees on our lot providing shade to sit and enjoy life after a day of fishing! Bring your favorite cold drinks!
