Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is conveniently located in this incredible community and offers you a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy your stay. The home features a spacious layout, family-friendly living areas, and cozy bedrooms. Guests are just minutes away from the most popular local attractions such as Walt Disney World and Universal Studios!
Lucaya Village Resort is one of the best vacation communities of Kissimmee due to its central location and gorgeous condos. The resort features a community clubhouse complete with a large swimming pool and hot tub. It also offers guests full access to the on-site fitness center and children’s playground. Located just minutes from attractions such as Old Town Kissimmee, Disney World, Universal Studios and more, Lucaya Village is an excellent destination for new and previous visitors alike!

The check-out time is 10:00 AM.
We will charge additional fees if there is a delay in check-out.
If available, early check-in is $100
After 30 minutes = $ 50.00
After 1 hour = $ 100.00
After 2 hours you will be charged the amount of a daily fee.
Pets, parties, and smoking are not allowed at the home. If you break this rule, you will be charged a $420 fee.
There is a $120 pet fee if damage is found at your checkout. A $400 fee will be requested for the carpet cleaner.
