Is a really nice private room, the entrance is on the side of the house, good to rest after a long trip, is a very dark room you wouldn't see the time pass by. It has a extra sofa bed a very nice TV and refrigerator and microwave.

Quiet and convenient

It was just enough for me traveling alone. Only thing was to be careful with parking if you have car. Check the signs. Clean and quiet.

Room was small and simple, but great for a place to sleep. Has a handy refrigerator and microwave. Host is very sweet and communicative, and bed is comfortable. Stays nice and cool. Would stay there again.

Perfectly Content

Maria was very responsive on all communications. Suite was exactly as advertised. Super clean in a very nice area and close to so many amenities. Went on boys only NFL game with my two sons. Felt very safe and well taken care of. Thanks again Maria. Would definitely stay again! 5 stars.

Very nice and clean room, has over exceeded my expectations with everything it has to offer. Great communication prior to my arrival no hassle for parking like in other parts of Los Angeles and great commuting distance to all areas, would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay, to visit friends and family.

I visit California once a year always seeking for the best price and place to stay. I’m so grateful to find Maria Sanchez, that she put her nice and cleat rental room on the Vrbo. I pay way less then other places and still feel safe. She let me put my car on the driveway at her house. Thank you very much Maria for your service.
