Recently renovated apartment just off the campus of WMU. Perfectly suited for work or pleasure. The neighborhood is located on the edge of the historic district. Local eateries and nightlife are within reach from the building and highly recommended. The opportunities are endless with sporting events, concerts, wine tasting, breweries, and the famous Bell's Brewery and Old Dog Tavern where you can check out local talent.
Please note that a 4% processing fee is charged and is non-refundable by the processing company, regardless of your cancellation timing.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property.
No Parties or Events: We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or loud gatherings that may disturb our neighbors.
Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors by observing quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No Pets: While we love furry friends, we have a strict no-pet policy to accommodate guests with allergies.
Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is as stated in the booking details. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.
Respect Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 11AM. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
