Family friendly-spacious two-bedroom, two full bathroom condo in newer developed-gated community.
Each immaculate room comes with an AC system and lots of closet space.
Feel like relaxing indoors? Sit in the cozy couch and find entertainment in the 58" TV. You’ll love the amazing spacious pool, great terrace and landscaping views!
The community is gated with two security booths. Free private parking.
This amazing condo is 15 minutes from the Cancun Airport, close to beaches, restaurants, bars, convenience stores, shopping, and entertainment. Located on Huayacan Avenue, you will be connected to the main avenues with quick access to the Riviera Maya and the famous Hotel Zone.
Although conveniently located, the community offers tranquility where you can relax and recharge.
Lovely view from the balcony. The condo is on the 4th floor(You will walk 3 stair sets) No elevator.
